I don't know why I order food here, the chicken is not so good and if I ask refund they are repaying. please don't order food here

this restaurant serves cold food and the taste is not good at all and they talk rude with customers

This place is beyond disgusting the false advertisement on their chicken breast burger is unbelievable I’ll break it down for you according to them they use a “toasted sesame bun” the bun is wet soggy and literally could be found in a local supermarket. Furthermore they claim their chicken breast is coated in a ‘secret recipe breadcrumb’ that got me excited when ordering thinking it would be a crispy and gourmet style chick burger but as soon as I opened the box I was immediately disappointed as the burger was not only the size of my palm but the chicken used was a cheap frozen chicken they bought in bulk there was no special recipe at all and unbelievably their special mayonnaise was just good old plain mayonnaise you could buy from a Asda or Tesco. Moreover, the chicken wings are just frozen chicken that stay heated all day until they’re sold out , which god know how they could ever sell out on those wings they are disgusting, morbid, and grotesque. Would never recommend this place unless your intentionally trying to poison someone. This food is not suitable for any humans to eat, actually not any species in this world could eat such food. And lastly the peri peri fries, you probably already understand the theme here they were wet, soggy and plain despite the peri peri salt. I ignored the negative reviews here and thought I would give it a try anyways but do not be convinced by how the shop looks, this place is CHUM BUCKET in disguise I can literally see Plankton in the back coming up with ideas on how to create the worst possible food.

I wouldn't recommend there are much better take out places on the delivery service, but the food isn't as bad as some of these reviews are saying. please note that even though it says gourmet its just grilled chicken or fried chicken in a burger. if im honest i wont order from here again

Unlike other reviews (apparently), I’ve ordered from the right place. It’s literally terrible. Got caught on by the good reviews, but it’s the same price as KFC, and I would rather order from there. Avoid! Soggy, kebab shop style chicken - it’s certainly not gourmet.

One of the best places for delivery. Food is brought in very hot and well presented. I never had anything missing from the delivery. When it comes to delivery, it's important to make sure you are getting food which is well cooked and well packaged and I think chicken house gourmet delivery stands out in Cardiff

Great variety, great price, great quality. More than just your run of the mill fried chicken shop, much more choices than other places. Mango lime marinated grilled chicken on rice is particularly great. Fries aren’t soggy like other places. Best chicken in Cardiff!

I ordered food delivery for my family. The Chicken was dry and the chips were cold. The chicken portions were very small. They forgot to bring a bottle of coke, so we had to drink water from the tap. I spent over £30... Never again. !No I haven't mixed you up with chicken Haus. Definitely was you. Really bad service. I guess that's why your restaurant is closed

The BEST wrap I have EVER tasted in my entire life! Wasn't sure about this place at first due the reviews I've heard but I will not regret ordering this! The delivery was faster than I thought it would be. The food was very hot and tasted as if it has just been cooked! The cans of coke tasted extremely fresh! Would defiantly recommend this place for wraps as I haven't tasted anything else. Love it!
