My friend and I visited today afternoon .we order 2 large box . Food was really good and we enjoyed it. Not busy as we expected. Good ambience to enjoy food. I do recommend this to all.

Caramelized chicken was awesome. Sweet and sour chicken, along with BBQ chicken were not nice at all. The chicken inside was soft and tender but the coating was just bad. The noodles were really bad. Not bad prices and sizes though.[edit] We went in there again and tried the noodles to make sure it wasn't a one time miss. They really aren't to my taste at all. I recommend the egg fried rice, or the skinny rice (which is tiny cauliflower pieces) instead. This same trip I got the egg fried rice and it was undercooked sadly. But the staff was nice and offered a replacement with the skinny rice instead. The egg fried rice is nice when done correctly lol. I got the teriyaki beef and BBQ chicken which was good.

Very fast service and friendly staff. Would definitely come back here again! :)

price hike is crazy considering the portion size! used to love this place but we ordered the large box and the serving size of the Chinese curry was qauter of the box and super thick, asked for double caramel chicken and given 5 peices, not worth the price sadly 👎🏼

If I could give 0 stars I really would. The food came pretty quick but when I got here the food was awful. Initially we used to go to this place when it first opened and was so good and tasted so great like Any good Chinese food. We ordered a year ago and the food was so bland the plain veg noodles tasted better than the actual food. So we ordered again today about a year later and the food is worse the food is bland, the sweet and sour tasted sour and burnt with no sauce at all and just a sticky lumpy paste attached to the chicken. The rest of the food was just bland. I will never give these the benefit of the doubt again. The food is absolutely vile and considering the price hike they have a cheek.

Sweet and sour prawns were delish 😍 Not a whole lot of veggie options mind. But definitely recommended.

Me and my partner had eaten here yesterday before we went on the train home. Honestly this is a nice place to pop in if you are looking for some fast food but want to try something different than McDonald’s or Burger King.I had ordered a large box with prawns, beef, and caramel chicken while my partner ordered a small box with caramel chicken as he wasn’t that hungry.The portion sizes were perfect as none of them had too little nor too much food in them and all the food is always fresh. You can see it being prepared in front of you behind the counter.My only complaint is the queue sizes and the prices. Maybe you shouldn’t go here if you are waiting for the train like we did. We had a 15 minute wait or so for the food. Which is a bit long but there is not much they can do since the place is popular. My other complaint is the prices. It’s alright if you are going there once or twice but it can put a small dent in your wallet if you go there very often.Honestly really nice food with really nice service. I would recommend you check it out.

Went in there yesterday early afternoon. Was surprised how busy it was so we queued for around 20 minutes before we were served which was fair - I do wander what the perspective was for anyone who wasn’t as patient as us :/ Anywho, we were served quickly and the server was polite and careful with making sure the order was perfect which was brilliant. However, I was unsure what to think about the process of sending off our food to the person at the till. Our boxes of food were pushed along to another working whilst the former took another order - in the end mine and my friends food almost got mistaken for as the persons in front of ours - that would’ve been troublesome. Thankfully the people in front told the cashier mine and my friends wasn’t theirs as we get ours paid for easily. So perhaps this system can be improved as this seems very confusing and unorganised as there’s no communication between staff. Nevertheless, the food was delicious as always and I was pretty much pleased :)

Never ordering from them again. So disappointing because I was a frequent customer. Ordered through Ubereats and had sweet and sour chicken topping missing from my order. Called them and the woman I spoke to was very dismissive and lacked customer service skills to speak to me politely. She just rushed me over to speak to Uber about it without an ounce of empathy for the situation. I get that they don’t deal with their order mishaps since we order from other delivery apps but at least speak to someone politely. Anyways, I didn’t order from them for a few weeks and today I decided to give them a second chance and ordered from deliveroo this time and YET AGAIN my sweet and sour chicken large topping was missing. The same exact item. I was shocked. Went straight to live chat this time because I knew there was no point calling them. Don’t recommend because if you happen to have a negative experience through no fault of your own , you can’t atleast count on polite staff.
