This is the worst restaurant I have ever attended, on arrival was told it was full , but found us a seat , customer walked out fed up of waiting , ordered food then told they couldn’t complete order due to items missing , as the time went on there was not one customer in the area where we were sitting that didn’t get told they didn’t have something or other, manager asked if everything was ok, I replied I hope the main is better than the starter, as it was the T-bone steak was cold so was sent back then another arrived part cooked , part raw and very tough. To summarisePoor food qualityPoor serviceChef quality of cooking poor.My wife and I go out to dine regular but this was the worst e experience ever. As they had so many items of food and alcohol missing on the eve of Father’s Day I don’t know how they will manage. Also to be told by the manager that they have not completely got over Covid was laughable.

Shocking! Booked a table for me and my partner for 5pm, when we got there and seen the 2 star rating we were a bit put off going in but thought let’s give them a chance. We were seated and told he’d be back in a bit to do our order, he came back and took our drinks order and we sat there 20 mins waiting for our drinks and for someone to come and take our food order but no drinks came or no one came to take our order. A couple who came in after us had a girl go over and take their drinks and food order and within 5 mins she came back with their drinks! We were still sat there waiting to order food with no drinks!!! We got up and walked out! Ridiculous service! I work in a restaurant so I know how bad this is!

Great food. Plenty of it, well cooked and great service. To be fair, we were the first customers in there as we were pretty early, but it was well worth the money.Good staff too. Would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely menu and friendly staff. Nice wine list and reasonable prices.

Staff, particularly the manager from another site, really tried their best and provided great service but ultimately the meal was a let down. Most of our party weren't satisfied with their meal either due to the cost / portion size balance or the quality.I enjoyed my main (the flame grill combo) but the veggie combo, classic mixed grill and vegan offerings were disappointing.

Enjoyed the visit. Staff were excellent and food was to a good standard with varied choice. Staff very obliging giving extra custard!! Only complaint was that inside looks a bit dated and dull. Lacked a bit of bright colour. Having said that we would go again.

I've not been here for quite a while (probably 2-3 years because of lockdown) but spec in for some food recently as I wanted somewhere local and fancied a change in menus. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was fairly quiet and we gor a table straight away. I did note that staff were not wearing masks. We had a few small issues with our order - ice came in drinks that were ordered without, corn on the cob was missing from one of my children's meals and I ordered fried instead of chunky chips but chunky arrived. The kids meals were ok, but both of them had pizzas and one was very burnt, as you can see from the photo which meant that she wouldn't eat it.Overall good service and food bit the attention to detail was lacking.

Awful. Extremely rude member of staff. Formal written complaint made. Very poor service and from 9pm onwards the staff were only focused on laying out the tables for breakfast service. Lots of banging and clanging whilst trying to enjoy our meals. We were the last to leave at 9.50pm, breakfast buffet was fully laid out and set up. The place shuts at 11pm. No table clearance dirty glasses left on our table for over 1.5hrs with new drinks arriving. Very average food. We shall never go back.

Lovely and friendly staff. Tip left for the great service! Quick food to table, tasted lovely!
