Always happy to go here its like my local for coffee or a light lunch, cakes are brilliant too! And its dog friendly, the new outdoor heated seating is a nice touch as well

We live locally and have visited the coffee shop a number of times recently to sit in the garden area out the back. Each time we have had to wait approx 30 mins for our coffee & food to arrive, each time the coffee was served in a paper take-out cup with no sugar and no cutlery in order to stir our drinks, no napkins with our food and the sauce was served in a paper container, again with no cutlery in order to use the sauce. This had happened on every occasion. We then have to ask staff for the items needed, which each time our food and drinks have gone cold whilst waited for them to return. Why not bring basic things like this with the order, like everywhere else does. And to pay approx £4 per hot drink, to then be served in a paper cup I feel is over priced and not eco friendly. Disappointing.

Friendly staff, dogs welcome, gender neutral toilets with disabled access, tasty coffee and even tastier food.Can't recommend it enough :)

Stopped for coffee and cake on a Sunday morning. Very friendly, excellent coffee and cake. Plenty of seating and plenty of parking nearby.

Back garden is fantastic in the sun, and the coffee was good too 😎.Cabins available for the cold and wet weather! Really is a hidden haven.

Have lived within the vicinity of the cafe for years and the disregard for local residents is very apparent. Not being able to park near our own houses, or even access our drives as customers of the cafe park atrociously.Furthermore, with the recent work being done to the cafe, there had been no communication of the disruption it would cause. With many residents working from home, the constant noise is proving difficult to get any work done at all. Any communication at all would've gone a long way with the residents of the street.If the owners of the vans that are doing the work could refrain from parking on double yellows it would be significantly safer to pull out of the street.

Cosy coffee shop with a local feel. Ordered paninis for lunch but was disappointed by the paper plates and plastic cups. It was nice enough, but came without any garnishes or side salad. For a price of £5, this was disappointing, especially given many other coffee shops in Cardiff offer more variety and better value for money

My friend and I both ordered the carrot cake. He was very impressed. One of the best he has ever eaten. I couldn't disagree. Beautifully light and moist. I can see why it is advertised as a "dreamy carrot cake." Enjoyed the lattes. Lovely staff. Always welcoming.
