Great cafe. The staff were very friendly and the food /drink were great. Definitely recommended.

Awful service. I ordered a sausage bap on the app, expecting it to be 5-10 mins at most. It took 30 minutes for the app to say it’s ready, and in this time nobody called my name to collect it. When the food eventually arrived (after I asked) it had clearly been sitting out for a long time as it was cold and soggy.I asked for a refund and the staff member walked away! I had to ask twice for a refund, and it took 10 minutes for them to do that.Really poor, and I won’t be returning. Thanks for wasting my time.

No physical menus available which is a nightmare. As the mobile network signal is poor and the WiFi wasn't working. Informed member of staff and got a bemused grunt and nothing else. Eventually connected to the WiFi after 15 minutes trying. The food was OK, but lukewarm. Would return for a coffee as the views were lovely but wouldn't eat here again.

Coffee was fine. Staff were lovely. Took over 30 mins for 4 chocs and 3 coffees. Luckily we had a lot of time. But others may not. If it's going to take a long time, tell the customer.

Visited Coffi whilst on a weekend break with my sisters.They both had a traditional Welsh breakfast, which although expensive was delicious and plentiful.I had advocado and a poached egg on soda bread, which was delicious.We had a problem sorting our order out via a QR code but the staff were happy to help out.Situated right on the waterfront and I'm sure in the summer it would be lovely to sit outside.Dog-friendly coffee shop, well worth a visit but quite expensive.

I was last Wednesday, it was very cold inside, a lot of smoke from the kitchen, until I could not breathe, I ordered a burgerg, the bun was burnt, the fries had a lot of oil ... I will add that I am very often in the cafe but last Wednesday I had a very bad experimentally I would like to add that I asked for a bowl of water for the dog, the waitress told me that I should take the dog and there is a bowl of water near the door. Never I was not treated so badly because when I always asked for water, they gave me fresh at the bar and did not send me back to the door .. some employees need to have a better customer service experience .

This is a really great place which serves fabulous coffee and has friendly staff.I have been coming here regularly since it opened, however of late there seems to be an extreme issue with the air conditioning.The smell of fried food is particularly pungent which is both unpleasant and attaches itself to your clothing.Hopefully this can be rectified as otherwise have no other issues.

Great location, food and staff! Quick service, really like that you can order from the app at your table to your table. All the Coffi Co’s I have been to are good. Really like the story behind the company of how it started!

Have been coming here since it first opened and seen it grow to what is now a very popular place to visit.Dog friendly ,great food and coffee.But the stand out reason is the staff ,very welcoming and with smiles on their faces.We always visit with our dog Riley and the staff make a fuss of him , especially Jolene who is a star and a credit to coffi co.Looking forward to visiting over the Christmas period .

Stopped here for a coffee and a tea, really nice. 15th December 17:30 and comfortably sitting outside, no heaters unbelievable. Picture is the view from the outside seating
