Creams cafe in Cardiff

We arrived at the restaurant at 20:45 and were told they cannot entertain us as they have enough orders to make ans there’s just 3 of them. They did not even ask what our order was and to think the restaurant doesn’t close until 23:00. I have never experienced being driven away at a restaurant until now.

Very poor service, took 3 staff members to work out how to take a cash payment. The service is so bad that after waiting almost 30mins they still hadn't cooked my waffle and the place was pretty quiet. Tables were dirty and full of rubbish and the cooking area was very poorly kept and looked very grubby. 100% not a place I would go back and certainly would never recommend anyone to go there. I am sure if trading standards went in there they would close it down, kitchen area as per picture shows the state of the grubby cooking area. Was eventually glad to get my money back after another 10 minutes as they also did not know how to work the till to do that. So 40 mins and no food, very very poor service.

Absolutely horrific order. The milkshake was all over the bag and the cookie dough sunk out of the box into the bag then my ice cream was melted. Not edible at all I don’t care if it from Uber eats they should’ve redone our order since the drivers kept cancelling but they probably just allowed it to go cold and melt all over the bag while waiting for an Uber driver. Will never order from here again.

Decent experience. Hot chocolate was ok and the staff didn't seem too interested in taking our order.

Excellent service on a bank holiday Monday just the treat the family needed. Sundae’s and cookie dough to die for. It’s location means that it was quiet for the time of day we went which was around 4pm

Ordered my favourite product with my boyfriend!! Was content with the delivery time and the presentation! Sooo yummy and would defo recommend the deserts and drinks! So tasty!! And fair pricing!

Crepes is very delicious! Banana and strawberry are good. Staff is very kind and patient. Food is good, but to me is little bit much. When I can’t finish it the staff can notice that and help me pack it up. And ask my feeling. I was very touched. I don’t know his name but I hope he can know that I did have a good day because of him. Thank you!

After seeing the old store close, and finally getting to experience the new store safely, due to COVID, I am well impressed. Staff were so welcoming and friendly, waffles we had were presented lovely, and tasted so nice. Definitely will be back!

Brilliant place for ice cream fanatics lol.Loads to choose from with lots of yummy toppings.Waffles are heavenly, according to hubster, light and fluffy.Sundaes are massive and tasty.Fast(ish) service as poor girl was on her own at the time we went in. But still pleasant and attentive.Only downside I could see was no toilet paper in the ladies only blue roll 😒 not good for feminine hygiene. Otherwise it'd been five stars.
