Domino's Pizza in Cardiff

Been ordering for years from this store. Always on point with deliveries. Pizza and sides always tasty + drivers all very nice ppls:)

First of all this isn't the first time our order has been disappointing.Order for delivery - got told the driver will be 5 mins so waiting outside to collect it. Unfortunately, the driver went back to the store and said it was delivered. Called the store for them to say the driver took it back for some reason and took an extra 30mins on top of the previous time (1 hour all together). Once delivered, the order was completely wrong. One of the pizza toppings was wrong, the other pizza some slices were upside down spoiling the whole thing and both were cold. Garlic bread was cold and not sliced like it normally is and chicken not well presented and cold also. It seemed when the driver took it back to the store they did nothing to it but left it on the side till it was ready to deliver again. Poor customer service. Thank you for the refund but really not good enough.

I ordered a food after a long work day, used the app which told me the driver had 2 orders, I live in a block of flats so I went down to meet the driver as it said he was 2 minutes away, I proceeded to wait 10 minutes outside only for the app to pop up saying my food had been delivered, tried ringing the store twice got through on the 3rd time only to be spoken to extremely rudely over the phone by the member of staff saying I didn't answer my phone when the driver called, which they didn't as was stood outside the entrance and would have seen any cars coming into the car park. Really disappointed in the customer service, and after waiting almost an hour in the first place just not really what I'd expect for the money I paid.

Took 3 hours still did not come the lovely Manager Shanada or Sinead or whatever decided not to answer phone. And not give refund, and two hours in -the food was on the way with me living a 5min away took an Another hour to contact ask where is it. Then she BANNED ME OH NO, like freaking really you think I will flipping order again. I really dont know how are you not fired ! Disgraceful behavior, choke on my pizza 😂

Why have I had no answer trying to call you over 6 times and delivery taken over 2 hours? Store closed. Not open for collection despite online saying different so ordered for deliver 0.5 miles from the stre but taken 2+ hours? Very embarrassed for you.

Will NEVER order from here again. I ordered a meteor pizza which when it arrived was literally swimming in bbq sauce so much so that the box was even covered in it, to top it off (or not) the smallest sprinkling of cheese just looked like a sloopy mess!!! Also no1 would answer the phone when we called to get it picked bk up!! A complete waste of money as it went in the bin!!!!

Absolutely love this particular store...made a small mistake on my pizza tonight(1st time ever!!!!) but completely went above and beyond not only to rectify by giving us the correct pizza (an letting us keep the 1 with mushrooms) but also sent me 2 boxes of cookies for our trouble..thank u guys/gals u do an amazing job..keep up the good work...heartfelt thanks 🙏 🤩

This Domino's Pizza in Cardiff Bay is one of the best Domino Pizzas in Cardiff. They offer amazing deals throughout the day especially if you work in and around the Cardiff Bay area you can pick up buy one get one free deals and or walk up to the store to find deals for the day. If you need delivery, it is also very quick. Definitely worth a try!

Visited this evening with friends to order pizzas. As I am gluten free & had lovely pizzas each time before I was very cross that the server refused my order when I visited Mermaid Quay in Cardiff. She said I was only able to order g.f on line or on the app not in store. Despite me saying I didn't have access at the time & that I had been served there in the past I was refused! This is discriminatory & ridiculous. No wonder Domino's profits are down,you lost a big order tonight because of a stupid 'jobs worth' rule!

Our pizza was perfect ! Cooked to perfection ,just the right amount of sauce and plenty of toppings. Garlic pizza bread also perfect as was the weddges which were piping hot and cooked through not hard hoiw sometimes they can Brit really was very good and we got a good deal online
