Flame Grillhouse in Cardiff

absolutely love this place great food excellent service massive portions excellent and not to expensive 😀 😉

Been going here with my family for several years... Never again. The food has gone rapidly downhill. Portions are skimpy, prices are higher but they have completely dropped quality, 3 lamb chops fit for a dog - hardly a gram of flesh on them. I had the chance to explain when asked and they didn't seem to care either, telling me that prices have gone up. I said I understood but there's no reason to ditch the quality also. They charged me full price and said hope to see you next time. There will never be a next time...

Really friendly owner and staff, excellent kebabs

Very tidy and clean for a kebab house

Well done flame grill house for becoming top 10 kebab shop in wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Well deserved 👍🏼

Today I have experienced the most disrespectful encounter in this shop with my mum who has been a regular customer here for 11 years. I desperately wanted to go to the toilet to wash my hands before eating after having helped a man that had fallen down on the street earlier. When I came back we wanted to politely order some food but this woman was came across as very impatient and was hurrying us to order something. I felt very uninvited and uncomfortable by her attitude towards us. Initially, we tried to be patient but after a while we didn't like the bad customer service and bad attitude and we decided to leave. This woman suddenly became angry and started shouting at us that we have to pay a pound for the toilet. I told her that she should have told us that before I went to wash my hands and that we were willing to buy food but that we didn't like how her customer service was. She suddenly shouted that we had to get out of her shop and she walked towards us in a very threatening way as if she was going to do something to us. This was a very frightening experience. She then threatened to call the police and she said that she was the shop owner and that we had to get out. Then she claimed that her attitude in the beginning was like her making a joke with us and she asked a fellow customer to confirm it. Let me tell you that I do not find this kind of treatment a joke but rather disgusting. This was absolutely outrageous and infuriating and I advice everyone to never come to this extremely rude store.

Great traditional kebab meats with fantastic salad and bread. Really excellent kebab house. Best in Grangetown if not cardiff

Great food, really authentic. Loved every bite.

Every time I'm down Clare Road passing by this place I want to order something... even when I'm not hungry! That's the sign of great food. As others have said before, these guys know how to cook proper grilled meat!

Stunning food, fairly priced, lovely staff, what's not to like? 10/10, I will be back. I have picked up a menu in store so that I can ring and collect next time too so if you live nearby, consider this as it saves a lot of time 🙂
