Disappointing. The burgers we ordered were both like hockey pucks. In shape, size and sadly almost in consistency. Both were overcooked and the beef in both had been ground too fine, so they were dense and not great to eat.The sides ordered weren't great either and the whole experience was pretty disappointing, staff weren't that friendly and when things aren't available on the menu or because they've sold out, how hard is it to put up a sign saying that? Not cheap nor expensive but surprised to find out it was cash only. I might have missed the signs if they were there but not what you'd expect. No point lost for this but a bit surprising.

The burgers were so tasty, the portion sizes of sides were pretty decent, and the staff were very friendly.

Nice little cozy place with a great design around the place. I tried the Welsh Black and fries. The burger was good. Not like outstanding but still a really good burger. Maybe I should I tried something more elaborate. The fries though were outstanding! It isnāt quite a place I would go out of my way to come back to. Only if I happen to be in the neighborhood. Juz remember they only take CASH. Thatās quite a rarity nowadays.

Avoid if you have allergies to seeds!Meal started off well, the service was quick, staff were friendly and they were quick to check with the kitchen regarding nut and seed allergies. We ordered the love it or hate it and soprano burgers and also the chorizo fries.I was shown a book with the allergens for everything on the menu which is when I noticed all the burgers had sesame seeds ticked. This seemed weird as the photos I had seen on line did not show sesame seeds on any of the buns.I was then told they would swap the bun for a wrap and the pesto on the chorizo chips had pine nuts in which I am not allergic to so I said it was no problem.Soon after the member of staff came back to tell me they could not serve me a burger at all as the tick meant for the whole burger and that the only thing they could serve me was Southern fried chicken in a wrap but they would try and make it as similar to the love it or hate it burger as possible. They said they would have to leave out the marmite butter, I don't know why this would contain nuts or seeds. I agreed as there was still bacon and crispy fried onions in the burger. When they brought the food to the table I was definitely a bit shocked by what was presented. A plain wrap, Southern fried chicken, some melted cheese and uncooked onions. We then realised that there was no pesto on the chips, I enquired and was told the pesto had cashews in (which I am not allergic to) so they had removed it. If we had known the pesto had been removed in advance we would not of ordered these chips and just got normal chips as the chorizo chips were £6.95!I have never been so disappointed in a meal in a restaurant.I don't believe the burgers contained sesame seeds, on inspection of the soprano burger we could not see any sign of seeds. The soprano burger was average but not anything special. When I mentioned that there was no bacon in the wrap they removed 20% off the bill but even then I still feel ripped off paying £4.84 for this wrap.I understand they have to be careful with allergies but I think they could of made a better solution or just communicated better that I should expect so little.

Disappointing. I really wanted to like this place but itās style over substance. Theyāve cut corners on the one thing they couldnāt afford to; the burger patties. Iāve had better burgers from Asdaās frozen section.

Friendly staff, really quiet so quick service and very good burgers at reasonable prices. Can bring own bottle (of alcohol) if want to and no corkage charge. Sometimes has cash only evenings but only 2 minutes walk to nearest cash machine and they advise you of this at start.

A cute creative menu and well prepared, truly a great little burger joint in this area. The burgers don't come medium rare, but they're juicy and delicious. Will definitely be coming back!

All style no substance!! Whilst their menu is outstanding, the actual quality of the patty and the bun is rather poor. The patty was like a hockey puck and thatās mainly because the burgers they are using are poor cuts of meats that are then blended together and pressed. The Bun is the sort of bread cake youād find in a corner shop. Small amendments could make this place awesome.

It looks better than what it tastes.the burgers were definitely under expectation, the menu looks amazing but the real meal not so much. good try anyway, I liked the buns and fries are ok. good wine selection but the red was served in a tumbler instead of a glass of wine. The staff was plain rude, rushing us to order and at the end they brought the bill and told us they were closing (at 9.30) when we had a booking for 8pm. poor service overall. I wouldn't come back or recommend. if want to pay £8.00 for a burger there are plenty of other better options to entertain my belly.but great looking place and good concept

Had the Bombay and the Heisen Burger shared between us. Really great tasting burgers and the Bombay was really different but worked. The Heisen Burger had just the right amount of punchy stilton too. Loved that it was piping hot as well.Patties were nice but could have been a tiny bit less pressed, but then I am fussy pants, and I loved how the bun disappeared with the beef! The price was very reasonable, and there was a quick turnaround, with a good selection of drinks.Overall, really happy with the experience, will definitely go again, thanks guys!
