Wasn't to busy. Clean and tidy place good day out down the bay. Staff are friendly and made sure I had free drinks at hand.

Cracking few hours out even if ur not a gambler... Free teas coffee soft drinks.... No pressure to gamble... Had a 10p roulette and loved it

Refused to pay out when I won! Told me I had placed it to late which is an absolute disgrace I placed the bet on time using the only number I use number 9. Happy to take your money but as soon as You win they will come up with any excuse to not pay out! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Alright if you like spending £100 in half hour

This was a tidy place to go. Unfortunately, table stakes are rising. Used to enjoy going in and play with 50p's or £1's. Now the roulette tables are £2 minimum! This is ruining the experience for those casual people who go in at the end of a night out. Yes there are machines to play 50p's/£1's, but you want to be at the table enjoying yourself. Hope it changes

A really friendly place to grab a (free) coffee and see if my luck is in today playing roulette or blackjack. Personally I'm not a fan of the slot machines although I can see that other people love them. I'm coming back here one evening soon for a meal.

Like all the Grosvenor casinos we have visited they are all friendly. Casual dress is accepted. No airs and graces and never any trouble. A great place to spend an evening. Food good and reasonably priced. Free soft drinks and coffee. Brilliant. As long as you gamble reaponsibly.

Staff at the venue were very helpful and accomdating, clean tidy areas, spacious area for drinks & spirits, clean toilets & plenty of covid guidance and information in place. Quite a number of issues with Card, Equipment, Membership & Gaming Machine, Slots dont accept coins ...... Nice atmosphere & friendly waiting staff who gave good service

Mixed review on food as the cheesy garlic bread is godly, however, the burgers are less than average. The bacon had more fat than meat, making it inedible.The selection of cocktails is fair, however myself and the group of people I was with waited an hour for six cocktails to be made, which is ridiculous.The staff also failed to give a member's discount when I was due it for food. It really soured my experience. I don't think I'd hurry back to this branch.

Good selection of fruit machines and table games. Poker room in the back with daily evening tournaments. Good menu and drinks selection, reasonably priced. Friendly staff with a fun atmosphere. Recommended.
