Harvester Cardiff Bay in Cardiff

Food was fine but the later n the evening the staff seemed more concerned with doing their admin than attending to customers. In fact the waiting staff seemed to have all disappeared when we wanted to leave and one of their colleagues sent out a search party to find someone who could actually take our payment.

We've had dinner here a few times and the food has always been nice (and all staff have been really nice and friendly). But we had breakfast here for the first time today and I'm proper impressed by how good it was. Big portions, really tasty and fresh food, and unbelievably good value (I paid less than £9 for vegan breakfast with unlimited toast, unlimited coffee, and a glass of orange juice). It doesn't get any better than that! Thank you Katie for the lovely service. We'll be back many more times I'm sure.

Restaurant was full on arrival, manager was very helpful as we had a six week old baby with us. Amy our waitress went above and beyond to assist. A true asset to any company she works for . Social skills were brilliant. Between the manager and Amy we thoroughly enjoyed

2nd June. Beautiful day at the bay, very busy as the sun was out 😎

amazing!! Food was amazing my family enjoyed our visit very much. Drinks were vastly served and I loved how we can refil them. Salad bar was fresh and had tons of options. Atmosphere was outstanding 10/10

Amazing food, great drinks, lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, good prices.

Fantastic service and food provided on a busy mothers day. The food was hot and you was able to eat your salad in time before your food came. The salad bar was lovely and fresh with a nice variety of food to choose from the staff was lovely polite and friendly

Such great service! Well done team. As soon as I walked through the door, me and my partner was welcomed with a friendly manner, seen to straight away and was dealt with in such an reasonable amount of time. My partner wanted to change a few things on the menu and that was no problem!!

Came here for a valentines meal with my fiancé. Food was amazing and definitely worth the money. The waiter (James) was very quick and efficient and had a very positive attitude. Definitely won’t be the last time coming here:)

I used to live Harvester and I've been to this one many times in the past. This time me and my partner we're both disappointed though. The staff were really nice and the service was very good. What let it down was the food. The salad cart was still good but the mains left a lot to be desired. My partner has ricotta and spinach pasta, which looked and tasted like it had been left out under a heat lamp for a while. The edges we're dry and crispy and the accompanying garlic bread was really hard.My combo chicken was nice but the ribs we're also dry and seemed like they had been cooked a long time beforehand.I'll think twice before going back there.
