Hollywood Pizza in Cardiff

£25 for a 10" pizza on Uber Eats with no toppings, £7.80 for cheese and chips, £12 for a doner kebab plus £2 to have salad on it, who in the world would pay these prices, let alone charge it 😂

very disappointed with how they communicate. Very rude!! Never ordering it from here.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! ORDERED CHEESE CHIPS AND MAYO, HAD IT DELIVERED AND WHEN I OPENED IT UP THERE WAS A BUG MELTED WITH THE CHEESE, SENT PROOF TO THEM AND ACCUSED ME OF PLACING IT THERE LOL NO SYMPATHY NO REFUND NO NOTHING!!!! PLACE NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN

The pizza and chips from this establishment were a disgrace. Had a discount from Uber eats and even including this the pizza and chips were not worth the £16 paid. Pizza and chips were clearly standard ship bought(Asda are far better) Absolute disgrace and the company will undermine the many outstanding takeaway outlets on Uber eats!

Ordered from them to night and yet again missed stuff of the order guy on the phone kept tying to say half price next time have said that before use theses quite a lot never again if I could give no starts that’s what they would have 👍

This business has been reported to the food standards agency. I bought pizza and chips here and had food poisoning. Was sick twice, very unusual for me to be sick since that hasn't happened in years so it shows how bad the food was. I called them up after I started feeling a bit better and the guy on call looked like he barely cared and tried to say they were closed but I've got proof the food was delivered to me at 3:20AM from JustEat. Normally if a food is bad it would simply come out the backside but this time it came out my mouth and nose. Was unable to eat for the entire day. JustEat censored my review, I tried to warn other people not to order from here. I advise, do not order until the food standards agency deals with this business. The chicken on the pizza was very dodgy and was mainly what came out.

Very rude driver ‘Carson’. Had a grown man shouting about how he should charge me more for waiting at. I was the one waiting for two hours didn’t complain at all, tried ringing the place loads, didn’t receive any calls. until he started shouting at a customer lol

Best takeaway for miles..I travel from newport for their food and love it

Ordered off uber (we had a discount code) but because uber didn't charge us for the stuffed crust we got basic pizza. Very poor customer service. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff when they called. Would give 0 stars if I could, based on customer service alone. We normally use Just Eat and never have any issues. Sad they don't take care of repeat customers.Once again messed up my order. Asked for cheesy chips got regular chips also missed my chicken and extra cheese on my4 toppings choose your pizza.

Chicken undercooked and burnt on the outside. Kebabs full of chilly so was to hot to eat. Food was just awful in general. Normally order from hear quite often but no more. Tried to phone the restaurant to see if they could sort this and he was very rude abrupt and wasn't willing to make 1 of his loyal customer happy.
