India Kitchen in Cardiff

This is the worse food and delivery service EVER! I was given a 20-30min slot, from a 7min location; which passed with no update on the order. We kept calling them to no avail, so waited another 30min, plus another 30min. Finally after a ridiculously long 1 and half hours, i decided to cancel but terrible Uber app kept taking me round as the order was being delivered by the shop, and not UberEats. The food finally arrive after another 10min with no apologies. The driver said he only picked the food up 5min ago. The pilau rice was hard and cold and the masala wasn’t tasty at all and forget the mixed grill was a small cold portion. The korma was OK but with just few small pieces of chicken. Disappointing.

Dreadful one chicken balti and Ona chicken rogan hardly any difference between themWorst takeaway ever !!Complete waste of money!

Further to an earlier review, I would like to commend Abdul Quddus for his excellent service. He always makes deliveries in a friendly and efficient manner, and in my view is a credit to the business.

No show and when I complained they hung up on me. Also they pretended not to know anything about my food. Must be the worse business in Cardiff DO NOT use them you will be sorry. Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered

No chicken in my chicken tikka, raw garlic naan bread, cold chips so will not be ordering from this place ever again and i strongly suggest you don't either.

Lovely food with best and fresh flavor of proper indian food. Chef deserve reward for making such a mouth watering fresh ingredient dishes.Highly recommended Curry house. My favourite chicken jalfrezi.👌

New to this place, and my 2nd order tonight. The food and delivery is perfect. The staff are very polite and friendly and even the delivery driver is extremely friendly. I will definitely be ordering again this week! Thank you guys.

Ordered our meal last night and it was dreadful, my order was mixed kebab starter which when opened was 2 samosa 2 onion bajee and 2 battered chicken things no kebabs to be seen ! other starter was chicken tikka which should be cooked in clay oven and be dry but was bright red in some sort of onion coating, then came Jalfreizi which should be fresh , light, with herbs and some !! green chillies but when opened up was a stodge sauce with a mountain of green chillies and jalapenos at a cost of £19 worst takeaway i have ever had, shame as I use to use this place alot but not any more !

Do not shop here unless you want un-reliable delivery drivers who can't even find your front door despite giving the right post code and once you've called just eat their excuse is thy didn't want to knock as it was after 00:00 yet you specified for that time* delivery drivers will wait on your main road for you according to cs but will not actually engage with customers . Worst C's ever Experienced in my life. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

Hygiene rating of 2. Waited 1 hour 40 mins was told 45 mins. Was a Monday night. Hung up on me when I rang to complain. Food was awful chicken was very tough and pink peices in the korma. Drove there with food for a refund. Chef said I should have brought all the food back so they can sell to other. Awaiting a refund. Very rude and unpleasant experience. Do not recommend using them at all. If you have been ill from there please report it.
