Indigo in Cardiff

I love this place. They always treat me like a special customer with occasional free meals and always a smile. The food is gorgeous too!

Try'd this takeaway for the first time tonight unfortunately I must of picked a off night for them.No definition between the meals I ordered korma, pasanda, & butter chicken all tasted the same also bland flavours, chips under cooked very disappointed going off the reviews I saw before ordering.I uesd to use the nadia balti canton ( unfortunately closed now) lovely food can't find anywhere to touch it at mo looks like I will keep on trying with my search on to the next 😩

Avoid much better options available! Dreadful customer service. Food took over 2 hours to arrive when quoted 30-40 mins. When we politly called for an update, were hung up on multiple times.When the food arrived there were 4 items missing from the order and it was luke warm. Called straight back to ask about the missing items I was told we'd have to go without as we were too far away to redeliver the missing items. We're only about 1.5 miles away for context. Persuaded them to redeliver missing items and it took another hour, pointless.Credit where credit is due the food was delicious, 4/5 and if you order on a quiet night it would probably be a better experience but still unacceptable for a £60 order.

While I was on holiday in Cardiff. I used Indian takeaway who do the meal delivery. I found Indigo and they provide me the best meal. the chicken tikka masala is awesome also the chicken dhansak which is really mouth watering. My next visit to Cardiff I definitely will use them for their halal vegan menu.

Without doubt the worst Indian takeaway my wife and I have ever had. Over 30 minutes after the delivery time sent out. First time we called the restaurant to find out where it was they hung up on us. Garlic naan was puny in size, there was no garlic and barely had seen the tandoor meaning it was nearly raw. Both the Karahi and Pathia were overspiced. So very disappointed

Placed an order today at 7pm didn’t arrive until gone 8:30 pm. Was missing parts and was stone cold!Phoned to complain but not interested!Will not use again and advise to stay clear. Lots more choice locally.

Delicious food, the lamb jalfrezi and citrus bhuna was out of this world. First time I ordered from this takeaway and I will definitely be ordering again soon! Lovely meal to start the new year.

Wish I could leave 0 stars.Found a nail clipping in my food, not only that the rest of the food was freezing cold. I called them to tell them where they offered my out for a fight once I told them I was going to leave a review.They refused to sort the issue. £50 down, stuck with freezing cold inedible food. Bad attitude, bad service, bad food. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Been using this takeaway for a while now and have never had cause to complain but felt I had to this time as the last 2 meals now haven't been up to the standard that I have got before. Had a delivery a few weeks ago and no meat in my keebernan, samosa was burnt and the curry very bland. Had a delivery last night and this time the lamb was very tough, curry quite watery and the onion bahjees were bland. Chips tasted stale. Sadly won't be using them again.Gave this place another try on Monday and I'm glad I did. The meal was beautiful and boiling hot and fresh. Beautiful and will be ordering again soon.
