Absolutely pathetic customer service. Rude and unprofessional staff. The prices of the food are higher than what is written on the menu and you only get to know about it once you have ordered. Not recommended.

I only tried the all meat pizza - one of the best in Cardiff.

Never order noodles!Ordered ve noodles and they gave me a non- veg one and when I confronted the owner he wasn't accepting it.

Rude and pathetic staff. They increase the prices without any written notice. The prices are always more than whats written on the menu.

Awful service. Went in to order poppadoms and first staff member said yes no problem and then another member of staff assuming the owner turned around saying no they don’t have poppadoms becasue he clearly couldn’t be bothered to fry them and thought I won’t be ordering anything else. The food here is tasteless and bland! Would never recommend this place to anyone! Also lots of dirty bin bags in their back with a very rotten horrible smell! Needs a very deep clean.

I order pizza last night it was proper cold as i ordered from a hotel i have no choice to warm it up also the taste was no good and not enough cheese on it i will not recommend any one to order from them

Would highly recommend their Pizza. It's the best me and my wife like in Cardiff. It's perfectly made with dedication and you get a bite of each topping in every bite with a proper layer of cheese spread out.

The pizza is absolutely delicious, and very well made. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This place is my favourite since 2019. Love it!

Amazing food and very friendly staff. If you are after excellent quality and flavoursome Pakistani and grilled food this is the place to come. These guys work hard in this hidden gem and create by far the best authentic tasting food in South Wales at a very affordable price and deserve the recognition. As a regular customer, I highly recommend a trip to Jini Pizza.
