KBS Kebab House in Cardiff

Food is always amazing ordered for years every couple weeksMissed my rice and chips (half and half) last orderCalls up to make a order or sorry there is no note about this!!!order online and put it in the comments let’s see what we can do sorry not good enough it’s not like your food is cheap , we always order because of the quality of food and the friendly staffBut today really annoyed me you can tell by my address what my order status is like not like we say stuff is wrong or missing all the timeReally disappointed tonight

Absolutely disgusting never ordering from this please aging kebab was swimming in Greece with the chips at the bottom where like mash because of all the Greece.... When I phoned up to explain they where very rude and told me people like the kebab like that 0 taste at all wouldn't even give it a 1 star

Kapsalon chicken doner. Good quality and a nice healthy portion for the price I feel they could make the trays a little bigger, that said quality over quantity.

Stopped as it was the only kebab place open on a Monday night. Quiet, clean, good value for cardiff.i had three skewers of chicken tikka kebab with fresh salad and sauce. Went back after finishing and bought some of the home cooked flatbread/naan they served it on (pictured). Lovely food, I'll be back even though it's a 20 mile drive.

Was the worst tasting chicken ive ever had kebab girl got was warm nearly cold would not listen. I think it was my Scottish accent he never understood. Ruined our takeaway night while on holiday.

Just ordered to give another try after last bad experience and I was not disappointed. Absolutely beautiful mixed kebabs, salad was fresh as always, meat was beautiful and the nan breads were so fresh and beautiful. Will be ordering again. Thank you KBS.Will 👎

To be fair, the incompetent Uber driver didn’t help by driving like a maniac and shaking the pizza all over the place and taking so long it was stone cold, but quality not great, asked for pineapple instead of onion….. got cooked onion with raw pineapple thrown on the top 😐 also my sister had pink chicken. Never again.

Horrible food. Worst mix kebab I've ever had. Meat was completely bland and tasteless. Tested like steamed , lack of salad and garlicky water (sos). Chicken and lamb tasted almost exactly the same. Other kebab was shish lamb, meat ok but lack of salad and tasteless sos, large portion was like small in other places. NEVER AGAIN.

Amazing food. Easily the best fast food on city road along with friendly staff. The new seating is perfect

Always have ordered from KBS but I have noticed a change in the food standards since the shop has changed hands. Food not that nice, kabab meat is wet and slimy, found small sharp bones in kabab with is dangerously a choking hazard. Make you wonder what you are actually eating.
