KFC - Gabalfa in Cardiff

Today I went here and ordered a rice box. It was suppose to come with a cob of corn, some rice with beans and salad with some corn and tomatoes. It took 15 minutes to arrive and when I got it I was shocked. It looked horrible, nothing like the picture, and the cob of corn and the beans were missing. So I told some staff and they said they’ll remake it and it’s just a mistake. Five minutes later I got a new one. Still without a cob of corn and instead of beans I got some barbecue sauce. It tasted horrible and also looked like thrown up. Staff did not help and didn’t understand my problem. Worst place ever, the only thing they can do is chicken. Don’t recommend.

Greasy chicken staff you couldn't understand and the toilets were absolutely disgusting yet there apparently checked often!! And its got 5☆ on the door i think not !! The council need to re evaluate this

Open late, but not the best chicken. Friendly staff and quick service. Would go again, but maybe earlier.

Just been to the KFC drive through and had possibly the best customer service from and fast food outlet ever! Guy on the till was fantastic and the young lad at the pick up hatch too.Food back to how it used to be! Keep it up guys. And thankyou. 👌

Very slow service with cold food.Decided to pop through the drive through as there were only 3 Cars in the queue.Took 10 mins to clear the drive through queue which is pretty shocking for a fast food venue.Realised when I got to the collection window that the lady taking the orders interpreted me asking for a 'sweet chili dip pot' as 'sweet chili bites'. But whatever I was hungry.Took about 5 mins waiting at the window for our order. Which we then drove straight into the carpark to eat. Me and my.partner both took a bite into our food to find it was completely stone cold.Drove back into the drive through as there were only 2 cars in the queue. This took another 15 minutes to get to the window to let them know about the issue. They replaced the food after a bit of an inquisition and we drove back to the carpark to eat.Once again the burger and wrap were just about Luke warm and the sweet chili bites' were completely stone cold.I worked for KFC for 4 years when I was younger so I know the crack. But this was completely unacceptable.Some new.management needed I think.

Apparently they close the seating areas at 10, so they don’t have to leave at 1am. If you sign up for a job, you work till you are finished. 17 year employees can’t handle working late. Don’t advertise you are open til 11 then kick us out when we want to eat our food.

The waiting here is unbelievable, it takes almost a whole hour for my food. Last time i ordered here they forgot my salad boxes and wouldn’t give my money back. Such a long wait would not recommend.

Went in and ordered. They got that wrong! Luckily, we realised before we got in the car and went back in. Only to be be told by a member of staff, that it was our order. So we pulled it all out of the bag and showed them the items we had in the bag, against what they had on the screen for our order... The staff did the order again. But, they got it wrong again! we didn't realise until we got home this time. So much for fast food. Shoddy to say the least!!!

noticed a leak when taking it home in the car, got back and checked... food was crushed in bag, gravy ruined everything, chips were mush, chicken pink inside... not good at all.i had gently placed it on my passenger seat so its not even to be blamed on bad delivery! or the notorious deliveroo.avoid.

Absolutely horrible place! Visited here with my partner, we asked to eat in but she completely ignored us and put it in a takeaway bag. We ordered a bargain bucket and the chicken was still raw inside and couldnt even eat it all and we physically felt sick after eating this. The store wasn't even busy at the time and were only customers here which is concerning . Seemed like they had no clue what they were doing in the job, my boyfriend knew more than them and helped a customer out (he don't even work there)Also poor customer service and felt uncomfortable as we kept getting stared at like they wanted us to leave asap, stared at us and didn't bother taking our order for like 10 minutes . Selfish and unhelpful staff in this place and never going again!
