KFC in Cardiff

Didnt ask the name but i think her tag said Shraddah, she was excellent and very patient with me and my friend. Went here yesterday after gym, ordered a bunch of food (which was nice) we went up like 4 separate times to the counter 😂 we forgot salt, straws, napkins and a flamim wrap we ordered hadnt came (was a large order so understandable) but despite how busy she was she served us all 4 times with what we needed without hesitation! I understand how annyoing it can be so special thanks to her, i should really ask the staffs name next time tho.

Ordered a trilogy box meal least night in store to take away. Added an extra piece of chicken for which I was charged extra as per. Left the store and my piece of chicken was NOT added to my order. The two ladies at the checkout were talking extremely quickly in their own language. I sensed something was amiss but you trust these guys to fulfil your order. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. This is all in addition to the shocking and extremely rude staff who work there. I will be back to make a formal complaint. I advised when I was making my order that items were omitted the previous time. Rude and disgusting behaviour.

Food was long time had to go get it after ordering it to the table. Was cold and chicken overcooked and tasted awful we couldn't eat it. I wanted to complain but my granddaughter didn't want the fuss. Never going back.

I visited KFC Cardiff - Queen street during the weekend. Please note that there are two KFCs in Cardiff. KFC at St.Mary Street is not halaal and KFC at Queen's street is halaal.For the first time, I tried Zinger Burger Meal and Zinger Salad. Zinger salad was delicious with Mayonnaise. If you haven't tried Zinger Salad, you must try it.They have dine-in and takeaway options as well. They have self-ordering machines with spacious seating.The prices are reasonable. You can visit here with family, friends, and kids as well.

I order bulk food from kfc and when I took home there was half of the food was missing and as soon I checked I've tried to call them atleast 10 times but no answer. Terrible service and food over cooked. Need a massive improvement. Very disappointed with there service and the food. Waist of money

Was fine for a quick bite after a Friday night game. Not all the ordering machines were working which you didnt know until you tried to pay. Could do with more staff cleaning especially on those busier days.

A bit slow serving and slight difficulty trying to understand each other because of masks and talking g through a screen. Food good though. Love the gravy.

Ordered on the app, checked the meal before leaving as half was missing, rest was cold. Got replaced but wish I'd checked the rest. Got back to the hotel and the drink was the wrong one and only half full, also the veggie rice box was just salad no rice at all. Terrible meal, won't use again.

Food was lovely - hot and fresh. The staff were very polite and the sitting area was clean. Couldn't fault it.

Building has gone through a well needed redesign. New menu is better than before and ordering is much easier with the new machines. Not a single downside I can see about the upgrade
