Lalazar Takeaway in Cardiff

I had a chicken showerma wrap from here. It was disgusting. I feel sick. It had no taste and after a few hours I don’t feel good.Also, I paid £5 and received no change despite the menu saying it costs £4.50! If you want to charge £5 just change the menu! Don’t cheat me!

Just ordered a lamb kofta large for £11. Was the worst meal I have had in a long time. Horrible dry kofta. Chips oily and soggy. Cold nan bread. Don't even deserve a one star

Was a good restaurant before, now they want much for focus for food delivery , not for the customers in.

The food was totally out of taste and quality of the food was rubbish. The rice wasn’t cooked well and also the lamb Doner!!! The food is not fresh at all . We called the staff so many times obsoletely very low customer service and ignore us . The staff called the boss he was very meant even he didn’t bother about to come and talk to us. Never recommend here !!!! Very rude and unprofessional staff include the owner within the photo showing. He don’t know how to talk to their customer. And he was so rude.

No card payments had to nearly 0.3mil to cash point, £1.20 for dining.. low portion for price. Staff not friendly.

I've been ordering and eating in About Ali for years and I've always liked their food but very sadly their food have gone down hill! The taste, the quality of the food are completely different, even the chili sauce I had last time was very waterly with no taste! What happened to you? You used to be very good!Can you please bring back the quality of food? I will give this place one more chance if it's still bad then I have to go somewhere else.

I’ve been coming to Abo for many many years even when he owned Aladdin.Of late we have been calling and the cooks and staff seem to not welcome you like Abo does.Now if we see Abo is not working we will eat elsewhere!The food when Abo is there is 10/10 always a warm welcome and food on point.It seems to be a very high turnover of staff here.Abo if you are reading you need some good staff or you need to be here before you lose too much customers.

Ordered platter and lamb meat had gone off. When brought to staffs attention, they agreed it was off because it was hot and couldn't do anything as manager wasn't here. We were with family including kids and told to wait over an hour for manager to come in.Disgusting customer service

Went out with family and ordered a platter. Food was fine until I ate the lamb chop. It was absolutely vile as it had gone off. The customer service was dreadful. Made us wait with kids for the manager who didn't not show up.

Order food for takeaway first and definitely was last time too. Terrible food and service. 70% of each bread were and rice seemed to have been cooked three days ago. I have the photos but don't know how to upload here.Careful if you pay and expect good food it isn't
