Lookout Cafe Bar in Cardiff

I ordered a flat white it it was served way too hot in a takeaway cup and the flavour had been steamed out of it. For £3 I would expect a nice ceramic cup and the coffee temp to be correct. Tbh I wish I had gone to Greg's at half the price

A lovely place, very special ambiance at night and a great place to sit and watch the world go by during the day. I highly recommend the Sunday roast!

Went for a very late breakfast on a windy and rainy day. It's a great location but let down by everything else. It was just a bit grim and dirty and the food wasn't great, but not cheap enough to justify. Weird eggs and poor coffee. Might try again later in the year and hope the food is better.

I'm so glad we stumbled upon this place! The views across the bay are fabulous and also a great location to catch the evening sun.We spoke with a member of staff about future developments. Great plans afoot. Will definitely be back

We popped in here after a lovely walk from the Barrage. It was a great find. Great atmosphere and great views.There is plenty of space outside on a nice day. I only popped inside on route to the toilets. These were no e and clean.Staff were friendly and I noticed on of them making sure a dog was given water and he also gave them treats. Nice touch.We ordered drinks from the bar and they were reasonably priced for the area.At the table you will find a few menus for drinks and food. It can get confusing as the one we ordered from was for the food shack that's we walked passed by the bike rental place. Italian hot filled pastries (panzerrotto) I believe. He will actually bring them to your table after you have ordered from the app. It's nice the venue allows this, not sure how they are affiliated with each other. But it's great to have that option.I believe they have wedding guests sectioned off outside. We were treated to a duet of opera singers. Very nice.Overall a great experience.

Service was excellent, Staff were courteous, Food was Amazing & whole experience was exceptional!Highly recommend you visit (when its safe to do so) it gets a 5* rating from me
