Not long ordered a meal. This was fine but no ice in my drink even though I requested some and banana milkshake was just plain no flavouring

Itâs another McDonaldâs so the layout is similar, even the toilets are along the same lines. Thank heavens they were clean. However, when we were there (on a Saturday evening) the staff struggled to cope. But despite the rush, they maintained their composure and politeness. But the fries we got were without salt and the burgers âappearedâ stale - crumbling easily and thatâs not what McDonaldâs burgers are like.Table service was disabled for some reason (I assume because of the rush!) and the receipt-roll of paper was exhausted in three machines.I guess this is nitpicking but thatâs what these reviews are - the blunt truth.

Never the full order. App is down and not able to connect to the restaurant but won't honour the 25% discount in the app, where I originally ordered. Telling me "it's out of their control " is not a reason to not apply it, it's also out of my control that your system doesnt work, so how is that fair!!! Employees wandering around like Zombies including the manager shuffling about. Not a good look. đ

Tried the summer chicken Italiano, very disapointed; huge chunks of raw onion, stone cold chicken with a coating so hard it was virtually inedible, then when I removed it the chicken looked stringy and yellow. The cheese was tasteless, fries ok, coffe first class as usual.

What a s**t hole of a restaurant. Visited early sunday on the 11/04 and it immediately started to go wrong after using the touch screen, which was unable to print my receipt as it had no paper, it also did not show my number so had to guess what my order was. Then we waited and waited and waited, always thought it was fat food??? , as just eat orders were packed and sent off, one after another after another. While nornal customers just waited. Randomly a member of the public chatting up a rather drabe looking staff member kept entering the cooking area not in uniform. They also appeared to cox the staff member to give them a free meal. Finally got my food, quite annoyed by now. Went to take the pickles out and the burger had a lovely hair smushed into the cheese... By far the rankest most disgusting takeaway i have ever been to. The staff and management need firing and they need to start again, absolutely shocking for such an international brand.

I asked for 2 sweet chilli sauce tubs, the lady said they are 20p each so I gave her 50p. She gave me back a 5p and said she has no-till there or a source of change to give me. She said I told her I have the change. All I did was turn to my center console to get change without saying anything. She can read your mind. A very confusing yet idiotic exchange. This restaurant is becoming more and more stupid every day. If your going to charge for the sauce then have a till ready because not everyone will carry the exact change. If you're going to open a business then it's a good idea to have money in the tills as customers would expect their change. And if your 2nd collection window doesn't have a facility to take money then you should make the customer aware of that before asking them to pay. It's also helpful if you have staff who have some common sense and an understanding of professionalism. I mean it's not like your a multi-billion pound company. đââïžBurger King across the road will make you poor but at least you will receive a smile and see professional staff......

Sorry it's a terrible place. Went at 10:50 my mistake and only breakfast menu a breakfast roll with a latte. Out it comes after a 10 min wait. And I have never seen such a small portion inside the roll. The bacon wasn't even a piece it was a cut in half bit. Lesson learnt never go for breakfast at MacDonalds ever again as the portions to cost is no where near the value as a typical menu item. The menu changed while eating it and saw a chicken bigmac all over the screens so went back through as I wanted to give them a try only to be told as the second customer of the menu change that they had sold out and are now not available. Over priced and not worth it. Go to the one in Culver.

This is how my order turned up when delivered, all soaking wet so I sent it back and rang them, was told very rudely that it's not there fault, they have run out of delivery bags and cup holders, if I want a fresh order I would have to pay again, and try and get a refund from delivery guy, explained we are on our lunch break in the hospital, could they not just send another one, was told only if I pay again, disgusting customer service never order or eat there again

Late night visit for me as had the munchies and needed some salty chips. Ended up ordering a side of cheesy nacho bites as well given that they were on the menu at the time.Went inside for the food, was met by a greeter who asked me to scan their barcode for track and trace. Their own is mandatory, the NHS one optional. Quick to do, no problems with that. She was a nice lady as well, I'd not visited a McDonald's for a long time so she explained the table service situation and gave me the placard thing with the table number to order with. Ordered using the self service screens, easy to use and input your table number at the end for someone to come and find you with the food.Food was usual McDonald's standard, nothing really much else to see. I wanted salty chips and I got them! Can't say I thought much of the cheesy nacho bites, very soft and greasy. I've preferred other cheese bites they've had on the menu previously. All very simple in processes though, 5 stars because of the nice woman on the door.

The service at drive through was fine. No order issues. The food itself was subpar but then again I didn't expect a 3 star taster menu. Chips were ideal, not to salty. The burgers were of usual visual appeal and look nothing like the photos or adds. Not enough source in burgers is all I can say. Kids gave it a thumbs up- although they did say that we should stick to packed lunches as we normally do.
