McDonald's in Cardiff

the big black security guard insulted me in front of my friends said that I shouldn't eat mcdonalds and lose weight because I'm fat I humiliated myself very much

The old way was faster I think it takes forever now the food is still nice but for a fast food restaurant it's no that fast

One of the better McDonald's I've been to. Easy to place your order (when paying by card), with the user-friendly screens - and friendly and efficient staff maintain a quick turn-around of orders. Clean, spacious, and conveniently situated for a quick take-away or an eat-in meal.

I ordered a Mc Veggie and received a Mc plant plus didn’t even get the right drink got a banana milkshake instead of a vanilla milkshake. Thats the third time that has happened to me.

Good when drunk and they are slowly adding vegan and vegetarian stuff but not fast enoughAs a location its pretty okay

Breakfast was dripping with grease, even the paper was soaking. Took 20mins to get 1 mcmuffin meal.

Young black security guard told me as soon as I got my food I need to go outside, I was the only one with food and would have been completely alone outside, a lone female, so I asked billy if I could stay with my friends until one other person had their food, he said yes, when I went back to my friends this young black guard physically touched and pushed me out despite the fact I was told I could stay inside so I would not be completely alone. When my friends tried to say what if a creepy guy tries to come up to me he physically laughed. Unacceptable with girls going missing, to have him physically put his hands on me when I was simply standing, bear in mind it was not busy at all at this time so I was not preventing anyone in the non existent queue from coming in, would like his name and will get it to make a formal complaint

The food is always amazing, but you have few staff to clean the tables. Dirty and glued tables and leftovers all over the ground. I didn't even feel like eating

Blonde, chubby worker and security guard called police on me for following a woman! I walked in with. Staff need to check CCTV if they cannot recall their memory! The security guard was there, when we entered the store, I sat on the table in front of the security guard on my phone, he then moved. the blonde chubby girl gave a girl the toilet code, whom came over to me and gave it to me!!!! People with short very memories! I was shocked! I should've waited for the police too and told them to check the CCTV in the city center and McDonald's #BLM

I do feel sorry for the staff working here. They are all friendly but the place itself is a pain and gets so many issues. The day after a rugby game and plenty of stuff out of stock, smashed screen on the self order point and groups of blokes F’ing here there and everywhere with kids around. Lady working upstairs was very nice though so that’s what saved it from 1 star.
