Nando's in Cardiff

I came only for some desserts, but I was not disappointed! The Salted caramel brownie was the tastiest thing I've ever tried! Overall, it's a cool place with a nice atmosphere and great staff.

Ordered 4 chicken thighs for delivery using the Nando’s app. This is what turned up: 1 thigh, 2 minuscule ones and a bit of gristle.To label what I received as "4 chicken thighs" would be going against the trade descriptions act.I called the number provided to complain and was told there was nothing they could do for us.Sat in this restaurant before and had great service but the polar opposite seems to be true with delivery.I would advise anybody to think twice about ordering delivery from this Nandos if they think this is acceptable to send out.This was as on top of the order arriving over 30 minutes late. Very poor.

Absolutely lovely Nando's; best in Cardiff (and there are a few!). Tony was lovely as were the rest of the staff. Very chill, very friendly, very helpful. Also got recommended this hot sauce which went down a treat. Much love xoxo

The staff on the upper level was great. The only thing I could mention that was a bit off was the loud music. It was a tiny bit too loud. Otherwise it was great.

We visited here Friday 27th May ( Ed Sheeran) and although very busy advised if we left contact details they’d get in touch , which they did within the time stated , all staff very friendly and helpful even though obviously extremely busy, food was good too thank you Nando’s for a great experience on an extremely busy day in the city !

I visited Nando's Cardiff - Old Brewery Quarter during the weekend. Non-veg available here is Halaal.Top tip: If you visit Nando's frequently, ensure you have Nando's loyalty card. You can earn rewards very fast.We ordered Half chicken and 5 wings & Sides. Both of them were delicious.They have dine-in and takeaway options as well. They have a QR Scan Code-based ordering system. Just scan the code and order it with a Table number. They will serve it on the table.The prices are reasonable. You can visit here with family, friends, and kids as well.

AVOID - unless you want food poisoning.Had a meal with my dad yesterday (15/04/2022) , the service was great. However, a few hours later I started feeling extremely ill and started vomiting out of nowhere at work. As soon as I arrived home, I started vomiting again and was bedridden. I vomited 7 times yesterday and had other symptoms of food poisoning. I contacted the GP and they said it is likely food poisoning. I was unable to sleep for the night and I had no energy, I still feel terrible. I only had breakfast and Nando's yesterday. Therefore, it is very likely that I got food poisoning from this place. Will never have a Nando's again and I suggest you guys to never go to this place again unless you want an easy way to skip school/work.

I went here this afternoon a Saturday afternoon with a friend and was immediately greeted by a very professional and courteous lady.We were told as it was busy that , there would be a 20 to 30 minute wait.This actually turn into around 10 minutes.I wasn't happy with the offered table and the member of staff happily let us sit elsewhere.The food once ordered came out in no time .It was piping hot, well sized and delicious.The staff continued to be courteous and helpful .I am so grateful for this experience please keep up the good work.

Normally I very much like Nandos, this time was not an amazing experience. We had to wait in a line (nothing bad) and we have been buzzed after 25 min. But when we got there not everything from the menu was available which I think they should have said that before. Food was good though, even if it wasn't want we wanted.

Overall a very good meal. Party of three had the wings, butterfly chicken and a salad and they were all met with high praise. Nice decor and a generally good restaurant. Would recommend and come again.
