New York's Pizza in Cardiff

My go to guys for food in Cardiff. 10/10 service, friendly staff (great people), and I personally have never had a bad meal from them, and always had freat portion sizes too. Always recommend New York Pizza to friends and work colleagues. Cheers guys :)

Went to New York pizza on 30th of January got 3 burgers a pile of mess did not get my curry sause. I will not be going back. I do not recommend

If you're looking for a great late night takeaway, this is the place to go! Great food, great price and great staff!

The food was almost an hour late, no one cared when I called when the food turned up it was cold and again the staff couldn’t care less. Thank god I don’t live in Cardiff so I can get away from this awful takeaway. Absolute shambles! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

WarningAfter a swift decision to order from here and a two hour wait for the food, our delivery arrived.The order was wrong and the food was dripping in grease. The food would be thrown out and rejected by anyone working in a Victorian work house. Really looking forward to the inevitable food poisoning.We all agreed this was the worst meal we have ever had, and as someone who does not write reviews, I would not feed the food from here to a dog.I'd love to say this is an exacerbation but it's not. Avoid at literally all costs..

Order was 40 minutes late , however pizza was brilliant quality especially for the prize , you can't beat 12 inch for £9. Staff were seemed polite over the too.Just ordered from them again, they were slightly late, however in the bag i had an apology letter and a free can of pepsi, the driver was also very apologetic and polite .

So we have just received our delivery and I called to complain that the mixed kebab that we ordered did not come with the chicken I was actually being nice because I could have complained about the fact that the food is cold but I chose not to to after it being an hour late I tried to speak to them and request a refund they continued to shout at me and then they hung up the phone absolute atrocious customer service no regard for customers giving them money would not even hear me out out complete and utter shambles the guy who I spoke to should be ashamed of himself I wish I caught his name but to be honest I couldn't understand a word he was saying.I have attached two photos. One being the chickenless kebab and the other being the time I originally ordered and the hour and a half later I had to call to check where it is.I would have just requested a refund for my kebab but now I want a full refund. I want it for the cold pizza, the lateness and the fact you decided to get in to a shouting match with me.Resolve it ASAP or I'll be paying a visit to your restaurant and see if you decide to shout at me without a phone to hide behind.

OK food, decent price. Not much more to say. Fairly average takeaway, but still nice. We collected so seemed to miss the issues that others are having with late delivery and being cold... .

I wish there would be a zero star review for just how awful this places service is. An hour and 15 minutes, 4 calls later and I still haven't gotten my food. (I live 20 minutes away on foot, tops.) I'm lost for words at how this store is in business with delivery times like that. Edit: Arrived in the end, food tastes like plastic. Not worth the hassle, especially as reviews show this is a reoccurring issue with this place.
