One Stop Curry in Cardiff

My order is taking 1 and a half hours so far. Unable to contact them as phone mailbox is full. Whatever that is.Useless

Now called Desi Balti, £5 box curry was HALF a box of mushed curry and rice with two pieces of chicken in each box! Popadom was a crumbled popadom! Bad value for Money and the most expensive takeaway in cardiff

We won’t be using the take away ever again. After four years of loyalty and always tipping for the delivery and service.It’s time to look elsewhere for a better service after a long unacceptable wait for food that was ordered early on opening time. Sorry, but one hour and fourty minutes of waiting for delivery isn’t good enough.

Varied menu, big portions, delicious food, arrived on time. Will be using again. Can't believe we haven't tried this take away before!

Absolutely awful customer service. After using this takeaway for a number of home delivery orders I ordered again this evening. An hour later still no food so I called only to be told by a very rude man that I had ordered collection, not delivery & this was all my fault! This was absolutely not the case, I have always ordered delivery & did today. Food is average & customer service is appalling

Fantastic friendly service, best Indian food I have eaten from a takeaway, so tasty, huge portions. Will be back very soon. Very highly recommend.

Ordered Indian takeaway from here last night and it was fantastic. Very impressed with the guy who took my order and the delivery driver who turned up with the very hot food 40 minutes later (as promised). I'm a bit of a foodie and this compared with many of the nicest indian restaurants myself and my wife have eaten at. Well done we will be back soon.

I've been eating from pentwyn balti for over the last few years ,and I have always found it lovely and hot wen it arrives ,I order the chicken curry and it's delicious ,I personally AV had no problems I find the service is quick ,food is very authentic and clean ,good value for money

Friendly staff, good value food that's cooked to order. Kebabs are great and huge!
