I popped in here for some food, there didn’t seem to be a large number of pubs which allowed dogs in the centre of Cardiff (I might be wrong). The staff were incredibly helpful and brought out not just a big bowl of water but also a bowl brimming with dog treats. They were gone in about 10 seconds! Food for humans was really good too, great burger, just the right amount of sauce and chips were lovely. Very quick and friendly service too. A real port in a storm on a wet and cold June evening. I’ll be back when I’m in Cardiff. Highly recommended.

Nice warm atmosphere, friendly staff in modern surroundings. Great pub, with even better prices for drinks. Highly recommend a visit.

Nice pub. Busy, with friendly staff and good value beers. Good selection.

When we re-visited Cardiff, we also headed back to this pub. And we still love it. The staff is amazing, the food is still great (although my favourite dish from last time sadly doesn't exist anymore), and it's great for a nice evening in Cardiff!

Large pub over 2 floors. Decent pub food. Friendly efficient staff. Cheaper than some in the area. A decent selection of beers and lagers. A good place to watch the football/ sport to be honest with multiple screens showing various things at the same time. Pool table upstairs. What more do you want

Stopped in on our first day in the area ended up our most visited pub by the end of the weekend. Great beer selection and great food. Great on match days, managed to watch the game with abit of atmosphere.

Super busy! Reserve a table using the app before going. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of this pub.Nice fish and chips (although the chips were probably frozen and not fresh) and cod and chips.Stops serving food at 2200

I had a pint of the Rev James Ale from Brains Brewery and the small plate of fish and chips. Everything was decent as well as the service so no complaints here.
