Papa John's in Cardiff

They can't be bothered to deliver to me even though I live less than a mile away. Pathetic. Whoever came up with that needs to be smacked.

placed order thru just eat @22:23 and order confirmed, received a call @22:24pm from store to say they dont deliver after 22:30pm? I am confused + google says u open till 23:00pm. Is dis a joke or i am missing something? o.O

Been getting pizza's from here for years because I like them & they deliver...well, they use to!1.5 miles away...5 mins by car & they now don't deliver!Spoke to a very obnoxious woman when I couldn't order online...explained to her that I was close & had pizza delivered before but no "we don't deliver to your address" is all she could say!!Contacted customer service the next day & I get the same snotty, obnoxious result...after weeks of trying, I'm now sick of them all!!From now on I'll get my pizza's from Domino's...they're further away but at least they are courteous & deliver.

Amazing pizza and speedy service! Just had the best pizza and extras in Cardiff. Base is far superior to other pizza places, and the toppings are generous. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you!

It's simply my favourite of all takeaway pizza joints - pizza is always good from there and the staff are really friendly. Would give 6 stars if possible 👌🤝

Staff can't take orders, the app wouldn't work for collection, the staff didn't know the store postcode, ordering couldn't happen so had to leave without ordering. They couldn't process an order without the app and then couldn't assist with an app errorI had a reply to contact them, but the email on the reply doesn't exist.... Just like this store to be clueless.

Once if you make a mistake is a genuine mistake, twice if you make a mistake its negligence/ignorance. Twice the same Cardiff Bay branch has spoiled my order and after making a complaint there was no apology rather "what are your expecting". They think every customer is after a voucher etc, we not all. Some are just looking forward for a nice accurate meal to enjoy with family/friends, which Papajohn's at Cardiff Bay fails to execute.

Diabolical customer service. I ordered last week for delivery. After an hour and a half I phoned them to see where it was and they said it was ordered for collection. Even the email stated for delivery and I told them this and I asked if they could cook them fresh and send them to me, I was told that they would not. I requested a refund instead and ordered from Dominos. When I complained the following day via a customer satisfaction email. I had an email from the manager offering me a free pizza. I have just tried to claim this but been told that I have to do it online. I explained that there is no credit on my online account therefore ordering online would involve me paying. I was told that I could only order online. The man I spoke to claimed to be the shift leader and was really unbelievably rude.

Ordered a vegan pizza and a regular margarita. Both came but the one was not vegan so both were taken back rang them up they said it was a system error and asked for more money re made the one but had the margarita back a total of an hour and 20 minutes later stone cold will not order here again and if you want a decent pizza avoid this place just go to asda and make your own for a fiver
