Pasta Pot in Cardiff

Went with work group today, easy access & clean toilet. Amazing food and ambiance. Great service with smiles & positive body language, nothing was too much for them, ask for hot water & lemon drink before my meal. Pizza carne was delicious and great potion. My mates said their steaks & pasta with prawns were also very good. Highly recommend this restaurant & a credit to Cardiff.

Tiny prawn cocktail presented with no bread. Beef brisket was beautifully cooked shame about what appeared to be an Aunt Bessies Yorkshire pudding served with it.

Gorgeous food, lovely service and cosy atmosphere. Definitely going again!

My partner and I enjoyed a delicious meal here with a short notice booking. The menu was limited to a small number of items but this meant that each course was held to a high standard which met our expectations for the price. Would visit again

We've found a little gem, food was incredible, great menu, lovely flavours, excellent friendly service, we had the gnocchi the tomato sauce was amazing, and the chocolate and salted caramel cheesecake was devine. Definitely be returning, apparently the Sunday roast is worth trying.

La Pentola is a restaurant very local to us and we went for an impromptu visit on a Saturday night and were blown away by how great the food was here!Each dish is so original and superbly tasty! This is one of the only fresh pasta restaurants in Cardiff and the pasta was delicious!We will be back very soon and would highly recommend this small but wonderful restaurant!

A wonderful warm atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Great quick service, I had the Full Welsh breakfast (pictured) and my partner had the Eggs Benedict. Both were sensational, will be back the next time we’re in Cardiff!

Went here for breakfast...food worked well together and overall was very tasty indeed. Maybe one for a hearty meal rather than a light snack. Would recommend the breakfast omelette!

Went here twice, need to book a few days prior. Cosy environment and serves high quality food. £20 for two courses from Tue to Thurs night, a really greay price indeed. The sardine, bouillabaisse, steak and scallop are my favourites.
