Ordered first time and luckily I didn’t read the reviews as I would have not ordered. But very impressed, possibly one of the best takeaway meals we’ve had in a long time. Everything fresh and meats nicely cooked and presented. Plenty of fresh salad. Portions very large. Parmesan chicken and mushrooms out of this world, incredible. Will definitely order again.

Please do not order from here. I ordered from their website. You expect your food to arrive but an hour passes and still no show.You usually get a email confirmation about the order you have just placed when you order food online. I order around Barry all the time and have no issue has but your employer over the phone was extremely rude and nasty. I never recieved no confirmation email to say the order has been received so I gave them a call, I can't express how rude the guy was on the phone. He made me feel bad for calling them about my own order. I know that a customer has rights and to be honest the way your colleague has spoken to me over the phone tonight is unacceptable. I only phoned to enquire about my order that I purchased all because I didn't receive a confirmation email. I called as I wasn't sure if you got the order or not..I definitely will not be ordering from here again. It's discusting how I got spoken to this evening. Terrible service! The way you treat your paying customers is wrong.I only wanted to find out if my order actually had been accepted! Maybe if the guy on the phone wasnt so rude you would get a better r

Good food, food missing from online orders every time.

Pizza so dry it's like chewing a tampon. You have to just laugh at the lack of effort put into every order. It struggles to reach even the bare minimum

Ordered food for myself and kids as Monday is usually treat night. Ordered a kebab meal and a plain 7” pizza food and 8 profiteroles as you have to pay £10 or over for home delivery. Food arrived sooner then expected and was lovely while eating I noticed the kids profiteroles where missing called the shop and was apologised to and gentlemen said he’d get them right to me, 30mins later food eaten still waiting called the shop again to be told driver was making orders and be with me in 2mins. Finely arrived 5mins later to be FROZEN SOLID AND NOT EDIBLE 😕 asked the driver why they were frozen and he reply with there kept in freezer leave them out for 5mins, Phoned shop to state they weren’t edible and frozen to be told that all there desserts are kept in freezer including cake and taken out when ordered, to then be told I was wasting his time complaining! 😤🤬 you cant serve your costumes frozen food! Understand there’s a 2.5 rating but think a call to environmental health is due.

Where to start really wrong food delivered to me the driver who can't speak English had a right huff cos we took mum's meal to her so he wouldn't give me my food an rang the manager an shoved his phone in my face to talk to said manager all the while letting my food go cold and then finally got my food which was not nice at all couldn't eat it my 7year old son refused to eat his beefburger and chips waste of 30odd pound won't be ordering from them ever again save your money go elsewhere... they wouldn't even refund me or my mum so beware of them ! Definitely avoid like the plague unless you want to have bad food an be treated like your something they have stepped in....

i wouldn’t even give it a 1, awful place to order from and i’ll never order from there ever again!i ordered my food and it took and hour after that they didn’t bring my complete order i rang them up and they were so rude on the phone, i waited for them to bring the food they didn’t in the first place and i waited over half hour i rang them to ask for my money back as they were taking too long and they started being very rude and nasty on the phone and refused to refund me! not good at all, waste of time ordering from here!

Awful food! It was cold, old and chicken was RAW. The chips were as soggy as a wet flannel. They forgot to put BBQ sauce on my undercooked kebab. Worst food experience of my life. And finally you couldn't understand the employees on the phone. Never again!!!!!!

Ordered twice, the first time we ordered we had two chocolate fudge cakes on our order on hungry house, forgot to bring them, second time we wrote a note saying to remember the fudge cakes, forgot them again, rang them up a moment ago as we ordered not long ago and they made the excuse that they thought the note was from last time we ordered and told us to ring them next time we order just to confirm. NOT F*****G HAPPY!!!

absolutely terrible service, delivery driver rang to tell me that i made up my address, and then when I tried to give directions he cut me off! rang again and the driver was rude and didn't listen to anything and cut me off again. i offered to go to a petrol station near my house to pick it up because i was so fed up of the appalling service! driver said he was a minute away, i waited at the petrol station for 10 mins before he came. when i saw him there was no apology, just more accusations. if the dude spoke english then he would have been able to get to my street! absolutely disgusting service will NOT be ordering from here again and will certainly be spreading the word.
