Pret A Manger - Capitol Centre in Cardiff

Delicious food great coffee my go to for town lunch

Another excellent Pret chain, nice staff and great drinks

Excellent standard of service and products, always hot unlike others!! Clean tables and chairs. Good location in Cardiff. Always pop in there for a coffee or tea when we gone in

Team pret more like team forget!Really could have done without the rolling eyes and snatchy manner from the staff member taking my girlfriend's order, the guy looked like he hated his job and everything was done begrudgingly, just a shame there was no name badges!

We sat in for lunch but was disappointed we had our coffee in cardboard cups. Only two staff serving (who were lovely) but couldn't keep up with serving customers and clearing tables. Over priced for what it is . Won't be returning

Bright and clean, nice customer service and tasty food. Not much scope for the gluten or milk or soy intolerant.had a salad and nachos and coke

Didn't want to spend money at pret after the Natasha's law came in because I had the same allergies she had. Couldn't fault though

Brilliant food place..not cheap but worth the money.I had a beautiful dish with adavacado boiled eggs and salmon on a bed of spinach with beans and a dressing. It was very nice especially with an Americano.Staff were polite, slick and efficient.Good covid regs too

I had food even a hungry person would not appreciate! The macoroni cheese was like a baby made it and the Tuna baguette has deteriorated so badly over the years - I wouldn't call it a Tuna baguette. At least put the butter back in there - I don't know what kind of budget mayonnaise they use - it doesn't taste or smell right and u have to stare into the baguette to see the mayo.I asked the manager why the food was so bad. She said it was head office policy to make food like that! I don't know what else to say?? What a waste of money.

I have to say that this franchise of Pret A Manger is excellent. Kept tidy, great staff and the food is super tasty. I had visited it on two occasions and the the service was always great. I'd recommend having a breakfast or a snack in here.
