I wanted to have an amazing lunch but it was far from enjoyable. I booked a table first as I knew it would be busy. I arrived at 13.00. To be then told by someone in bright pink shirt that I have to wait a further 25 minutes as the tables were full downstairs. My family could not walk up the stairs due to their arthritis and we had a pushchair. This lady was extremely rude not helpful. She wanted us to leave the pushchair downstairs. I made it clear that needed room for a high chair when I booked. No idea why they tried putting me upstairs. So therefore they lost my custom. I proceeded to go elsewhere. I really love prezzo put will not be coming back to this one !!!!! Extremely mad !!!No stars you don’t have any minus stars

Good service and good food. Had a pizza that was above average, not with too much oil which was nice…i would put this restaurant on my list for italian food in cardiff.

Not terrible but Zizzi does it better. The calamari starter was nice and cooked well. The filling of the lobster & crab ravioli had the texture of mashed potato and not much flavour, the prawns were rubbery and hadn't been de-veined - disappointing for one of the most expensive dishes on the menu. The chocolate tart was too sweet for me and bizarrely didn't taste much of chocolate.

My friend and I visited this restaurant on 29 November. It was lunchtime and busy. We hadn't booked but a very helpful member of staff, Zaneta, showed us to a table upstairs, which was lovely with less customers. The food we had was great and good value for money. Zaneta was very attentive and we left feeling we had excellent service, which contributed to our overall satisfaction of time well spent. We will definitely visit again.

Me and my girlfriend made reservations for Saturday 6th November. We required a later table because of earlier plans so we were sure to check availability on the website. We booked our table at 10:15 and arrived at the restaurant with everything appearing to be running smoothly, we were seated promptly but were extremely rushed throughout our meal. The waitress who brought our drinks threw our drinks onto the table spilling our drinks without any apology, then seconds later she had her coat on and left the premises as it must of been the end of her shift but we felt like an inconvenience. Our starters came and tasted fine and then our mains came before we could even finish and the waiter then couldn’t even fit all of the plates onto our table, because it was so full. We even had to use table next to us to clear our own plates because no one was focused on meeting our diner needs. As we were still enjoying our main the shift leader came and put our bill on the table and then my girlfriend questioned whether we could have desserts because this was our date night. He appeared to be shocked at the thought of having to give us dessert at this time even though the restaurant is supposedly open till late. He proceeded to give us the desert menu and rushed us for our choice as we were still eating our mains. He then said “sorry, I need to cash up, I hope you don’t have cash” so we then had to place our dessert order there and then or otherwise he wouldn’t have done it. Our dessert came and all the staff appeared to be having a group gathering while we were still eating not paying any attention to its customers still in the building. We were not the only couple to feel like this. My girlfriend even had to go and get her own drink at the bar area because the staff are not attentive. If the staff are not willing to work at these hours why advertise you do? because weseemed like a hindrance more than a happy paying customer.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was great too. The only thing though, my ears were hurting from a birthday bash from the next restaurant. We were placed right next to this shouting and screaming crowd. The restaurant could probably put some barriers in between to dampen the noise.

Heading on to a concert so were not there for a long relaxed meal. We just had pizza, pasta and drinks. Prices were ok. Pizzas were quite good, pasta was alright, nothing special. Staff were ok and it wasn't really busy despite it being a few days before Christmas. We all commented on the lighting - it was very bright but we found this nice as it felt as if it was a sunny day outside. I guess this wouldn't be ideal if you wanted a cosy, relaxed atmosphere.

Came here just before lunch time around 1130 ish as google says that’s what time they open. When trying to enter we were told 1145 which wasn’t too much of a bother. Today seemed really chilly and we wanted to sit inside but was refused as the gentleman had not had chance to look at his reservation board 🤷‍♂️ so we sat outside although the second lot of customers after us asked to be seated inside with no disagreement from the staff. Regardless we enjoyed 2 for 1 on our meal with a taste card. I usually have the same calzone pizza which always arrives consistently the same and it’s fantastic. I love that pizza so 4 stars 😁
