Discrimination at its finest. I was told the owner said people like me aren't allowed in. When asked to elaborate apparently they don't have to because it's private land. So much for supporting and LGBDQ community. Absolutely disgusting instructions from the owner (which was what the door staff had told me). I will be taking the matters further for discrimination. I wasn't drunk (I don't drink) was threatened just for asking why. The establishment doesn't really support what it is supposed to stand for.

Very welcoming atmosphere. Good if you like to vibe to loud music, otherwise probably give a miss

It’s a club where people come to drink, these people should be trained on how to deal with all kinds of difficult situations including people that are drunk! I was violently pushed away and I was just asking to let me get my sweater while they were closing on a weekend during Easter holidays I could’ve been killed falling down concrete!! those security should be teached at the end they are security in a club and should work professionally dealing with every situation they are dealing with costumers not criminals !!!most horrible is I wasn't the only one that time but I believe there aggressive behaviour on me was a racism behaviour and I hope the management should take action.

Such a shame......what a good night it was until the end....when after the host singing there was a person known to them (either employee or other) then it became about them and not the audience brought the mood right down to the point people started leaving or not joining in....

This place needs to train it’s door staff .my wife was checking her phone she was not taking pictures she showed them her phone to prove it .but 2 of them grabbed her by the arms and dragged her out and also threw her to the floor.I notice some other reviews you’ve received have mentioned that your doorstaff are very rude and ameteur

First time back at Pulse for a few years after enjoying it last time only to be refused entry out of the blue… so enjoyed a night over the road at The Kings x

Bar staff are lovely. Terrible customer service from the door staff. Wanting to hand in lost property of a friend who had already left, so that they could retrieve it. Girl on the door could not care less - very unhelpful as was security. Despite being on crutches for an injury told they couldn’t take it, I would have to go downstairs - with limited mobility due to crutches - to hand it in. Asked if they could take it, looked at me as if I was dirt on their shoe. No alternative offered. No helpful suggestion. Despite being sat in a booth where there was clearly space for it until someone could take it down. No explanation just a stinking attitude. Disgusting customer service. And no, I am not intoxicated.

On Wednesday night me and a few friends visited pulse Cardiff. We got into a bit of an argument amongst ourselves, not physically but vocally - nothing about either party was aggressive. This resulted in a MALE bouncer carrying my FEMALE friend out of pulse in a HEADLOCK. No female bouncers were on the premises and under no circumstance is a MALE bouncer or even female bouncer permitted to use force unless threatened with physical harm first (and this certainly wasn’t the case). This is assault and I am urging my friend to take it further with legal advice and guidance. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the male security staff!!!

I was spiked last night, in no way am I saying that it's the fault of the club, I've been there quite a few times and always had an amazing night. Just wanted to post a thank you to the awesome security that looked after me, I'm so glad they took the time to look after me and make sure I got home safe! xxx

Dissapointed, the bouncers refused me and my friends to let go in but let in the other group. Sadly, we came to enjoy our night but refused us to let in but thankfully other clubs welcomed us heartily. Pls be polite to each everyone as we are from different cultures but at or inside the club or at the end of the day we come together as to enjoy/ stress out our hard life.P.s - We were not even drunk!
