Queen's Fish Bar in Cardiff

The chips have been awful the last few weeks, very hard and few edible, out of the bag of chips I just bought the majority were thrown away, what a waste!

Never had a bad meal.....fish always cooked on request

Decent food but has got a little pricey since the refurb.

£43.30 spent here today. Small gravy & chips in a tray- £3.70, 2 jumbo saus£3.20, 4 large fish & chips, fish charged sep from chips, £6.60 per piece & 4 chips £2.50 =£43.30. Omg! Could have eaten out with these prices! Fish lovely tbh but bloody moody arrogant staff. Noticed the 3* on leaving as well. Back to red chippy on wilson Rd for us!

I ot8ginskly put feedback and removed as I was told I'd get a refund . Been there only days after -no refund offered .Had off the bone curry . Lots if bones not much chicken given . Order taken wrong although explained well . Just easier to go elsewhere. Had fab chick off the bone elsewhere recently. I'll stuck with them . You had your chance

I ordered fish and chips and was given a box straight away. I don't know how long it had been sat there, but it was really bad.

Went into queens today 1/2/22 went to get a Diet Coke can and seen the fridge full of black mould. Told the member of stay and he turns around and says he knows. Absolutely disgusting no wonder there hygiene rating is so low

My son went here they completely scammed him he got a £2.75 kids meal supposed to have 4 nuggets came with 3 chips were soggy they didn't even remind him to get a drink, sausages taste raw chips are ok they need to be more nice and joyful not moody and rude go to Wilson road fish bar instead

If I could leave 0 stars I would. 3 words for you to describe this chip shop, poor, poor and poor.Order placed, all items wrong, and quality through the floor, burnt top on the pies (assuming they were left from lunch time opening) Sausage in batter harder than a piece of 2x4 I got out the back, and the 2x4 would probably be more flavoursome.The chips are quite probably the worst I have had in Ely, save yourself the effort and goto fryer's club in the Lidl car park.

This is the Best Fish and Chips. We are regular customers there because the fish and chips are so good. The quality is always excellent, the batter on the fish is really light and the chips are crisp.Portions are always very generous. Excellent Customer Service. Excellent Value for money. Excellent all-round.
