WARNING ORDER FROM HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK ORDERED 2x MEDIUM PiZZAS FROM HERE TODAY ABSOLUTELY AWFUL COMPLETELY TASTELESS NO BASE SAUCE. WORSE THING OF ALL WAS THE ATTITUDE I GOT WHEN I CALLED TO EXPLAIN. I WAS TOLD WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FOR £14 GO TO DOMINOES REAL BAD ATTITUDE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROCKET JOES CITY ROAD!!Bought 2 pizzas to celebrate my brothers birthday and after each of us have already started to eat, my bampy found these 2 BURNT bits of glass baked in the pizza!After calling the establishment to make a complaint, we were greeted by an extremely rude employee who accused us of lying as there is ‘no way there’s glass in it’ and after asking his name he hung up the phone.Will be going to trading standards with this one😡😡

For a ‘medium’ pizza it was pretty damn small. The toppings were correct but for £11.99 you would expect something slightly larger compared to other pizza places in Cardiff (especially the Rocket Joe’s in Riverside - they give you a good pizza!)Ordering a pizza from this store felt like a bit of a ripoff! Sorry for having to say this, but I won’t be ordering from here again any time soon.

I had food from this restaurant, it was bad taste ,after having the chips and burger I got STOMACH pain,I think the oil is not good,please change ur oil time by time please.

I had a chicken burger meal last night it was absolutely disgusting and fries are very bad and my tummy was upset whole day

Had a 50TH birthday party with a shed load of food for everyone who really enjoyed it. Didn't give it 5* only because it was supposed to be delivered for 9.15pm but arrived 9.40pm.

ABSOLUTELY DON'T GO THEREOrdered quite early on a Saturday night, however.. The salad on the burger tasted as though it had been put through a reject kebab first with mint sauce all over it.. The salad consisted of tomatoes heads and cucumber, We ordered sides of coleslaw, Garlic Bread and Mushrooms which added nothing to our meal.. The mushrooms were full of water, the Garlic bread was flavourlessand burnt and the coleslaw tasted of sugar which was particularly worrying as there is no mention of sugar in the menu and my friend is diabetic. The customer service is a complete joke, with our original order being taken several times as the chap that answered the phone could not understand what we were saying..Our entire order ended in the bin and our money wasted as we ordered somewhere else. We tried to explain that that we were unhappy only to be literally laughed at the other side. I didn't recieve the receipt I'd asked for either and when comparing with the most recent menu prices from within the shop I also seem to have been over charged.ABSOLUTE NO GO

Ordered from this takeout and never received food. Called to query how long the food would be only to be told it had been delivered. When we assured them we hadn't received it they were rude and told us they are not sending us food and would not give us a refund. It was only after we requested to speak to the manager that any sort of compensation for lack of service was offered but even then the staff attitude was awful.

I had a chicken burger meal tonight it was absolutely disgusting!!! the chips tasted like they had been there all day..I asked for lettuce and onions plenty of I received soggy yellow lettuce which was in a heap and not 1 onion in sight..all I ate reluctantly was the chicken inside the soggy bun and the chicken wasn’t even tasty or fillet it was actually like rubber..we had 2 beef burger meals and the salad on them was disgraceful too!! Most of the food went in the bin so not happy with the food at all...

Ordered a meal for 2-3 people deal. Large pizza, chicken, fries and 2 cans of coke. The pizza tasted fine (had the tandoori chicken pizza) did lack in flavour. The chicken on the other hand; don’t bother! Tasted tough and ridiculously dry whilst still being very greasy. I think the chicken must’ve been under the heat lamp for hours on end.So heads up if you’re getting anything other than the pizza because it’s not worth it. Was delivered in a reasonable amount of time.
