Roscoes Bbq Grill in Cardiff

Ordered food at 8.30pm . Said it would be delivered in 30 to 50 minutes...nothing arrived by 10pm. Called them and they said they were not accepting orders at this time!!! Took my payment at 8.30pm!!!Rubbish customer service and rubbish delivery service. I hope they refund my payment!! Useless!!!!

The food was lovely, great price, big portion. Didn't wait to long for food, will definitely go again.

Only just discovered this place. Would 100% recommend. Excellent value for money, grilled chicken and lamb were delicious and plenty of it. Homemade pita as well and lots of salad. We will definitely be going back.

Cheap food cheap quality. Garlic mayo is just watery mayo. Chicken shush had zero flavor just like rubber. Salad was just lettuce all brown dried up days old. Only getting two stars for the Lamb shish as it was good. Only go here if you want lamb. If not stick with pizza choice down the road

Excellent service. Friendly and polite staff. Shop very clean and tidy. Food prepared quickly and efficiently.Food delicious.fresh and full of flavour!Had chicken shish kebabs and they were the most delicious ones we have ever had. Very impressed!

Just had the American cheeseburger the burger was delicious chips were dry and undercooked one of us had mixed shish with chips and the flavour of the meat was delicious again the chips were disappointing. Would definitely recommend .

A big 5 Star for the food. Service and the communication is poor. First thing I would suggest the team and the management is to keep the take away menu updated. Customers look for items available in the menu not what's unavailable. Secondly it's the staffs responsibility to see what's packed and what's not. After promising us to give us the missing order,when I ordered for the 3 rd time they say that they usually replace the missing order with an alternate food. Peculiar. Even after we explained that we haven't got any extra in the platter they still argue to give us discount. I personally don't like discount on food. I will not visit this place again though it's next to my home. Anyways good luck in future. You are not a new brand to do trial and error basis mistakes. . Pay for what you get. Not for what Roscoe's gives.

Love this place, food amazing quality. Partner loves the peri hot wings. Staff always helpful and polite. Love the one down the bay but this nearer to me and easier. Guys working always manage to accommodate even when crazy busy. Highly recommend the platter aswell as juicy Lucy burger. Amazing

10/10 service and food. Best kebab in the area the burgers are also delicous. If your looking for Something different in the area this doesnt dissapoint and will leave your taste buds craving more. Havent stopped coming since it opened. Generous portions and great value for money. Well done guys!! I am a new regular here to stay.

The service was top quality as was the food. Everything was cooked beautifully. Didn’t disappoint, highly recommend and will definitely revisit again.
