Pleasant staff. Good place to stop off for tea/coffee/snack when walking or cycling taff trail. Nice location in Bute park.

Lovely cafe in a very pretty park.Seemed very popular. Impressed with the scone and peppermint tea at a reasonable cost. Seating outside.

Great location in the middle of Bute Park. Good coffee and Welsh cakes, and a great spot to chill, watch the world go by, and get children a rocket lollipop.

Great place to chill out and enjoy the scenery. Coffee is amazing, staff friendly and efficient. Long chat with them revealed we had common travel interests, Philippines. Salamat po 🙂

Mmm....fab location in Bute Park. Friendly staff on the counter but food was just weird. Quick, deep fried food in buns. Not for us...maybe the breakfasts are better that isn't helpful at lunchtime. One photo is of dog Welsh cake...

We use this cafe a lot, but were very disappointed today when we visited with friends today. We bought our coffees (which are always good) and sat at a table to drink them, had hardly started when the proprietor came to ask us to leave because they were closing and needed to pull the shutters down. It was 3.30 pm, he didn't even say we could finish our coffees. As we walked around the other side, we saw that the tables were still fully occupied and they were still serving. It was bizarre. Consequently, despite loving the coffee there, we don't feel that we can visit again.

Excellent service, great outdoor seating, nice food. What more can you ask for? When I am in Cardiff again, I would want to go there. The staff was the best. They took so much care in getting everything just right, came and asked questions and gave options. And showed patience with me, I ask a lot of questions. It was a wet day and they set up another table for us under the awning. We took our time to eat and hang out. They didn't try to rush us at all. Lovely place.I forgot, reasonable prices. Loved the latte there.
