Sicilian Pizza in Cardiff

I wouldn't even rate this a one star absolutely disgusting coustomer service being told to hurry up with my order shouted at by the employee on the phone and didn't even finish asking for my toppings for a pizza completely shocked 👎👎👎

Dirty looking place mess all on thr floor food is aweful

Food is great (definitely recommend the fried chicken if you like spicy chicken) with good prices which is honestly the only reason why we go there but the customer service can improved by not rushing customers to order and telling them that they're "wasting time".

Absolutely rude costumer service on phone know people skills at all and this isn't the first time it has happened to me it's has been the second time I have attempted to order from here !!!

Amazing takeaway. Food always tastes great and I always have quick delivery times. They have very good customer service as well. I always use this kebab shop as the pizzas, kebabs and fried chicken are easily 10 out of 10. I highly recommend it to everyone..

Service was shocking. Staff were very ignorant and rude. Chips were cold and brown. looked like they were fried in old oil. Pizza crust was tougher than a biscuit. Terrible. Absolute disappointment.

First 2 occasions of ordering, excellent. Ordered tonight, 20 mins after delivery time had passed, phoned and told "Won't be long"...another half hour still not here. Phoned again, told 4/5mins......half hour later, rang again. Very aggressive man on the phone told me to stop ringing as they're busy, me calling is holding up orders. Anyway, eventually he admitted our order had not left the shop. Actually said "if you were here, I would smack you in the face" - wow! Called me 5 mins later to ask if I still wanted the pizzas....no thanks, not after threatening violence.Vile man, disgusting people, STAY AWAY.

After 1 hour of ordering my food I contacted the restaurant for an update to hear my food is here and ready cooked just waiting for another driver which could be 30 mins longer, I immediately became concerned with the time my food would be sat there, the gentlemen on the phone assured me I would receive the best quality food , after very little thought I asked for a refund and he said he cannot do that and for me to wait for my food, giving me no chance to Express my concerns before he hung up, 1 hour 35 minutes later I receive my food and the pizza is like cardboard and my partners kebab was wrong, wrong salad and no sauces, not to mention not a good standard of food(very dry and crispy) this was very annoying but we understand things can get missed, we contacted the restaurant in hope they could help us with the problem for him to say theres nothing he can do, we asked for some sort of resolvement but he was rude for a third time and told us to contact you for a refund, which in itself is rude and not very unprofessional, i am more unhappy with his customer service and to hear he is the owner only worrys me more.It annoys me i cant give them 0 stars,18 pound isnt pocket change for me to waste on food i havent eaten its disgusting

I order at least once a week. The last four or five orders, have either been incorrect, smothered in greese to the extent where the wrap is like tissue paper.Everytime we call and make a complaint, we do not get a word in, the man shouts and says we've ordered wrongly. We never ask for another order to be sent out because of the attitude. We once ordered chicken meat and chips which is always our order, as we do not eat anything else from sicillian. He sent us chicken strips, when I complained he said if we don't had chicken meat, then we send strips.. However on the call he didn't state there was no meat, no apology was made, in matter of fact, he said 'I can not do anything now, I am busy'.Very rude, never accept that they are in the wrong, and won't be eating here again. Poor customer service.

I used to really love this pizza place, but having recently made an order after quite a long time it seems standards have slipped a lot! My pizza arrived on time, the driver was friendly, but there were no toppings on my pizza. Naturally I called to let them know, only to be told by someone who claimed to be the owner that he did not care what I ordered! After a fairly lengthy discussion about how I couldn't believe that was his attitude he told me to "F**k off!" and hung up... needless to say I won't be ordering again.
