Starbucks - Bridgelink Cafe in Cardiff

Had some excellent customer service today from the manager who really catered to my needs. I never normally review places, but really felt the need after receiving such great service. I will be back after my holls 🇪🇸 around 11am-12 today xx

Would have liked China cups as seating in. Otherwise quick service, lovely drinks, good food choice

Standard Starbucks, drinks as good as always, not very big but always managed to get a seat, if it’s full there is another one or 2 within 5 minutes walk

There are about 5 staff which is really good but still slow service? Other stores less than 5 staff but great service even if it’s busy....

While waiting for my tea yesterday I decided to use the toilet. It was covered in litter mainly being discarded pregnancy tests and sanitary products over floor and on back of toilet.There was no toilet paper or soap and the floor and toilet seat was covered in urine.Not a great add for store cleanlinessThrow my drink in bin when it arrived as felt sick

Very busy. Thankfully I ordered food to eat in and coffee to go, the coffee was ready by the time I'd finished my food. It was just really busy in there and quite slow as lots of people ahead of me had unusual orders.

Great coffee, nice staff. Very busy when we visited. Small coffee shop, so not that many seats here. Staff kept busy so bit slow in clearing tables.

Very busy, drink was lovely. I joined the line as nr 3 waiting to order and I waited over 20min for my drink. There were about 5 staff members there, but only 2 serving. The rest were in the kitchen. Not sure what they were doing.One taking orders and one making coffees. The place had stuff standing around and tables were full. It seemed chaotic.

Clean coffee shop with socially distanced tables. This was the upper floor of the cafe which is separate to the bottom. Usual menu. Plenty of room for prams/wheelchair users. Bags of light in there for those who need great lighting. Only thing to improve was the speed at which they cleaned tables between customers and really hard to hear them calling out your order as staff a little timid calling out.

Friendly staff. Quick service even though it is busy here.Tablea are clean and tidy and there are plenty of seating available.Prices are good. Coffee tastes great!Nice street view.Music a little too loud for my liking, but the music was soft pop so nothing too heavily based. Would visit again.
