Starbucks - Mansion House in Cardiff

Surely one of the most rubbish Starbucks ever? Service is fine. Have visited several times recently and there’s hardly any food. Even if you’re eating in served in paper cup. Yesterday at 1.15pm there was a sandwich and a toaste available (one of each) and a couple of dozen cakes. You need to get your act in order. Can’t blame the pandemic forever.

I have to say there's nothing wrong with service or the coffee. Sadly however, the decor let's this place down. There is nothing welcoming about this branch. It's looking very tired, dark and shabby inside. Quite gloomy. Not the kind of place you'd want to sit in, I'm happy to just takeaway in future.

Don't take cash whats happening to the world everywhere I go In cardiff I can't spend cash very inconvenient

worst Starbucks ever, the server was like they nvr been trained b4. Not even taste like other Starbucks. And they always closed, even in opening hours😅😅😅

Quite dirty, it was clear that cups were not removed from tables for hours (based on the timestamps on the drink labels).I was nearly given whole milk instead of oat milk in my drink (luckily I spotted Whole Milk on the till screen). My Matcha Latte was not mixed well enough and I was drinking powder.It also becomes takeaway only an hour before closing, which is disappointing.

The barista was super NOT chill. The cashier didn’t take down names cuz we were sitting in instead of taking out, and there was two drinks side by side. I then asked politely to enquire on which is “white mocha” and he answered in a super rude tone :”there’s label on the side”. Usually the staffs are very friendly and always have a smile with them. Just wish that the barista could’ve answered more nicely and in a nicer way without being rude :<

3 shot mocha for those days when you just need a "Boost"Nothing too much trouble, clean friendly staff. You pay for what you get. More expensive than Costa, but a nicer brew!Starbucks cater for every taste , vegan lactose intolerance etc.The best coffee shop in my opinion!

Super cozy place, with plenty of seating, ready for a date, a study session or a simple cozy drink with a friend or on your own! Comfortable chairs, lovely atmosphere and great music that combines well with the aesthetic of the coffee shop.The structure of the building means that it has a lot of windows, allowing plenty of natural light to ocme through and shine on your day! Forget about the outside world as you step through the door and order your favourite affordable drink here!

It's very a spacious place. The windows are with a mirror effect outside and the windows come out on the both sides of a very big traffic light crossing. So many people pass by and check themselves in the reflection. It is lovely to see how many people feel beautiful on a day. The tuna melt sandwich, little cookies and cream brownie and cappuchiono were perfect in taste and quality. The waiting staff were charming and professional. I came back for lunch on the same day.
