Starbucks - Newport Road in Cardiff

Local Starbucks has a large sign at front, advertising 24 hour drive thru.... although I found out recently its closed from 11pm to 6amHowever I've been a regular visitor recently on an early morning route.... and really enjoying the frappuccino, and refresha drinks

I'm a regular at this starbucks and it's always nice when you get a friendly welcome and it's even better when you get served a perfect drink every timeby Aimee and Ryan. I would recommend this starbucks just bring a coat if you're having a cold drink because it gets very cold :)

This is my favourite starbucks to come too, I've been here a few times and the drinks are always made perfectly and the staff are always really nice and friendly. I've been served a few times by Aimee and Ryan now and they are amazing, always leave with a smile after being served by them.

Used it for a late night takeaway. Our drinks were complex but the guy taking our order was supremely confident and very patient. Excellent quality drinks, reasonable prices.

No customers and still took ages to make a mediocre flat white. Never again, I will stick to locally run independent coffee shops where the service are infinitely better

Have been here two times in the past week and will not be returning as both times they have been sold out of oat milk. They maintain supplies of all other types so why is it so hard to have oat milk?

I've been coming through the drive thru alot recently and everytime either Aimee or Ryan serve or on shift I always know I will receive my frappe with good vibes and a smile even if it's busy.

I don’t usually write a complaint but this time is different,I went to the shop in Newport road and went to the counter and I was there for good 5-7 minutes without No one come to take my order and all I was watching is 3 lads laughing and having a good time like they having a party ,well you guys tell me if that’s is Acceptable plus all the Seating areas is stinking and again you are not feel welcome

Starbucks has great coffee, staff very nice, but often you need to wait long time as feels is under staff in rush hours. I don't like as well that depending if location cost of coffee can be different up to 45p.

A lovely cosy branch of Starbucks. It’s open 24hours and a great place to have late coffee and catch up with friends.This Starbucks is actually a drive through too, but does have seating inside which spacious and cosy.Staff are great and highly recommended
