Subway - Clare Road in Cardiff

Great staff, food and location. My local Subway and the team here never disappoint. Young lad always goes out of his way to make your experience spot on and find the best deals. Thank you Subway Team on Clare Road (Cardiff)

women overcharged me, when confronted her she just played dumb, my sub went cold as she had to ring the Manager just to refund me what she got wrong 😒my sub was sat there going cold while she's on the phone:( bad customer service , low hygieneun professionals

Great Halal Outlet of Subway, the only Halal subway in Grangetown Area I guess... The only drawback was there's no discount for students, which is abit of an injustice as mostly people buying it are students.

Not overly impressed with this Subway, were a bit stingy with the amount (both in meat and salad) in the sandwich and only told us we couldn't pay with our points after the food was already in the oven. Normally annoying not the biggest deal but when pay day hasn't arrived yet and the whole reason we chose to go was because of the points we'd kept on hand for a rainy day/more skint time the last thing you want to deal with is not being able to use what's a normal service. Won't make the mistake of not checking again, first and last time that's happening.

Always a pleasure coming to Subway. This particular branch is one of the smallest I've been to but does the job. The lady serving me was very friendly and professional.

We liked it a lot .. had Spicy Italian with Herb and Cheese Bread toasted with double cheese, everything plus extra jalepinos and olives .. you should definitely give it a try

Cant fault subway for a quality sandwich. But why does every flavour taste the same whatever you have? It's like subway is a flavour. Weird

Went there late one night and managed to get a parking close by. Happy that the full menu was halal. I have avoided Subway like the plague, but was pleased to find that the sandwiches tasted nice and flavourful compared to years ago when I used to find that everything tasted about the same whether it was chicken or beef. One negative note however, was that the customer behind me had his sandwich heated before mine and consequently had it ready before mine!!

Young lad genuinely nice guy.Waited forever to get served as there was only the one guy at the counter!Lettuce off colour, I only got HALF salad box like 3 slices of tomato 4 slices of cucumber they charged me extra!! despite me complaining that I only had HALF portion not a full portion.I regularly eat at subways all over the place.. I will NOT be returning to this one!!! 😡

Came in and stood in line to order, The clerk then randomly shuts the counter and asks me to leave as they've closed.Only by showing my disappointment did he then continue to serve me, whilst the manager hid in her office and not once came out to explain what just happened.I'm "was" a regular which was the worst part.Shocking, telling a paying customer that you won't be served because its closing time???Must have over achieved sales target that night perhaps.Such a real shame.
