Subway in Cardiff

Ordered food through Uber Eats. Everything was delicious, fresh and well packed! Nice experience, thank you to those who made my order on evening May 4th! :)

Disgusted how 1 day I gave 5 stars as food was lovely and fresh at midday and next day give it 1 star as food was disgusting late afternoon can't even tell you what was in our subs but it wasn't what we ordered and not fresh and charged an extra pound on each sub for exactly the same order disgusted

Came for a lunchtime meal on Saturday the 18th and I was impressed with the service from the staff. They were very busy but nevertheless efficient. All wore their masks and gloves when serving. Very reassuring so credit where its due!

Standard subway experience and result! I just wanted to help out the lady that was working hard to make sure service wasn't too slow! She was doing her best so big respect! Very nice staff as well!

Ordered a mega meat for collection on the app and it was only when i got home that I discovered it was missing meatballs from the spec and the extra cheese I had asked for, disappointing.

I highly doubt these get reviewed by subway but went in this afternoon to be greeted by a guy who found his own jokes funny he didn't act professionally and kept making silly jokes to the point it became very annoying. shop was in disarray and after going away Discovered my partners bread was stale so ended up in the bin not a great experience

Used to go to this place, every morning, as it is near my workplace. The food used to be great, but after the quarantine, it does not taste like it used to. The sandwiches have a sour taste to them, perhaps they are out of date? Thought it was just some mistake at first, but the second time I visited, with my friends, all of them also complained about the sourness. Wouldn't go back here nor wouldn't recommend this subway shop to anyone.

I journeyed here in the hopes of meeting "the one", that sandwich you know you were just destined to eat.Being a bit of a romantic I dressed up, practiced my best sandwich ordering lines and had a pep talk from my mates.So after some introductions by the lovely member of staff, I met my sandwich, I took her out on the town and we had lunch together on the park, it was almost romantic.We spent a lovely half hour our so together but I realised that if we remained together she would change and I would be left hungry for more.So I ate her, and I threw her wrapping away. I'm not proud of what I did but I felt it was best for both of us.Not the one but a good casual sandwich.

It was very subpar.. The people working clearly hated their job or just didn't know what they were doing. The guy put barely any salad into my sandwich even though I asked for extra and didn't even cut it in half. I was disappointed by it. Subway is normally really good. Maybe I just got it on an off day..
