Waitress ready for argument!!!We went for lunch on a quiet day June 21st, there were hardly 4 tables with customers and the rest of the restaurant was empty. We were randomly shown to the smallest uncomfortable table very near the other tables. When we asked if we can change the table the waitress's answer was like she wanted to start a fight.... I gave a silent pause for her to realise what she was doing but still she did not get it.... She then completely ignored our request and left. You need to teach your staff not to be super friendly but just to talk to customer as human beings...

Food was delicious but they made a big thing about me having an allergy to dairy and said I couldn't order through the waiter and had to wait for a manager. We were on a date skil it wad only the two of us and to take his order and leave me hanging felt really awful. I hadn't even said I had an allergy. Only that I was avoiding dairy. I just wanted our orders taken at the same time and it was a massive fuss. Why couldn't the manager just have taken both our orders at once? I fed this back and they said it was policy and that they'd tell him off right now anyway which made me feel worse as he still had to serve me. Couldn't wait to leave.

If I could leave a 0 I would,From the off the lady on the reception, a short blonde lady, her attitude stunk. Then we sat down and waited well over an hour for our food. Then it arrived cold and missing items on pretty much every dish as they were waiting for pots, or so we were told. Word to the wise if your a large group don't bother, as a group of similar size who arrived after our party but got served their food first were shown far more attention than any other in our area. We were discounted our drinks which was just a little over 10% and the member of staff said I'm not making any excuses we are short staffed. All in all a horrible experience, wouldn't go again!

First time to a TGIF. I know sad! Anyhow. Food was fine no issues. But service was slow and atmosphere quite dull. I don't know if this was because we went on a Sunday lunchtime??? Came with my mum and 8 year old daughter. Both weren't impressed and said they wouldn't come again 🤷 8 year old wanted her desert which we had a code for to get free but because it was so slow we just couldn't be bothered. We were all disappointed. :(

Um...it's ok...if you like that sort of thing, 'that sort of thing' being a stereotypical American themed restaurant, which comes with movie posters, processed orange cheese on your burgers and an annoying birthday song being shouted out by the staff every ten minutes. It's all about taste, but certainly not the place to bring your other half for a romantic Valentines evening. 50/50.

Good service. We were a big group and they brought the food very quickly. On that alone it would be five stars. The food was tasty and well prepared. The place is let down by the prices. It is very expensive and the portion sizes do not reflect that.

I met up with family here for a spontaneous meal. We took advantage of the great special offer of two courses for £15 before 5 o'clock. Lovely food and we were all full, excellent service too.

Great food, friendly service. A lovely evening out with my family. Thanks.

Slow service and as you can see, not great with the free refills. Had the Cobb salad amongst other dishes, yuk, pureed avocado not the sliced as in the menu description. Chicken was diced bordering on minced as opposed to sliced ribbons as menu description, and what happened to maple bacon slices, no blue cheese dressing as requested, not exactly a chefs salad extravaganza? Pretty disappointing experience to be fair, needs to do better.

Food is always great here and never had bad service. Staff are always smiling which can be tough to do some times. Well spaced out with the new social distancing measures in place and everything is spotless. It’s not the cheapest place but your not fed cheap food so you get what you pay for. If you want cheap go have a microwaved mixed grill in spoons 😀
