Absolutely top notch fish and chips. We actually got sweet potato fries instead of regular chips and it was a perfect match. The location is great, awesome views, and very friendly servers.

Good services and friendly. Nice drink and food also good. Place is clean open and highly recommended.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing. They were understaffed but she was there to meet every need. She made my birthday so so so special and she honestly is the best waitress I've ever had. Thank you for making the day so special

The dock is a very nice place to eat. Very hot with minimal air-conditioning upstairs. The fish and chips were great. Chips slightly undercooked so a little tough. All round great place.

Visited here last month for a bite to eat and some drinks. Was met with a great customer service form Katie who took a great care of me and my party. She recommended very tasty cocktails! Also the food was out of this world good! Would defo recommended this place if you're ever in the bay

Really nice place to go for lunch or drinks. They have an outside space looking over the vay which is beautiful. Nice food and lots of cocktails, with very nice waiters

Really nice welcome late at night. Felt really well looked after by Damon. Service was excellent. There was live music and we had a nice view over the bay. Beer and good food. Be good to see some IPA on tap. 👍🏻

A pretty horrible experience unfortunately. My 5 year old daughter and I called in for lunch & after a long wait were seated and waited quite a while again for menus. I subsequently had to go up to the bar and ask for a children's menu. Our drinks took far too long to come and eventually came at the same time as our main meals. Unfortunately my daughters chicken pieces & fries were so overcooked that she wasn't able to eat them.It then became apparent that her hot chocolate had both a piece of plastic and a human hair in it. At this point we both stopped eating/drinking (although I'd pretty much finished my food) and called the waitress over. She was obviously very apologetic and very polite about the issues we had. I explained I was reluctantly content to pay for my food, given I'd eaten the majority of it, but couldn't accept paying for my daughters food.I was therefore a little disappointed that they still chose to charge for my daughters starter and drink (that is part of the chidrens 3 course menu), but in my eagerness to leave didn't challenge it. On reflection I should have refused to pay for any food as I genuinely felt pretty queasy for the remainder of the day given what had happened. Finally I have to mention that on taking my daughter to the toilet, the facilities were not clean & there was no toilet paper available. On reflection, I have reported the issue with the drink to the food safety team at Cardiff Council as it was in no way acceptable.

Came here with some mates and had a really good time. Food was great and so was the alcohol! One of the staff members (I think his name was Ben?) was on point with service - very friendly and quick with drinks. Would definitely come back again xx

Visited Dock with a friend for some drinks, location is lovely with a great atmosphere. Drinks were reasonably priced and very nice. As we visited on a Sunday we tried to have the Sunday roast advertised on their menu but unfortunately they did not have any. Food consisted of generic good pub food.
