I understand that you were busy over the few days that ed Sheeran was in town but for goodness sake at least microwave your meals to a decent temperature, the food we had was like it had just come out of the fridge, absolutely disgusting. This was only in the afternoon as well not even during busy times, would never visit again

Spoilt for choice with Wetherspoons in Cardiff, but this is my favourite. Plenty of space in here, downstairs and upstairs, plenty of tables to sit and eat a meal. Some of the guest ales are superb, and very cheap! Some cool bars on the street to move onto too. Only niggle, is if you're downstairs, the only loos are a trek upstairs, a pain if you've a bladder the size of an orange!

Good service, food is always good and out of all the venues in city centre this is less packed. Drinks are faultless too and with great prices

Great location, close to the Principality Stadium and plenty of room for large groups to meet. Food is well priced and good quality and service is quick. Even at busy times.

It's a 'Spoons', had a crafty pint before going to the stadium. Cheep and cheerful, was rammed! Mr Sheeran could've had something to do with that. I liked the local details that this franchise puts into their pubs.

Worst wetherspoons we have ever been too, sold out of loads of things and staff really rude and unfriendly, swearing and kicking off behind the bar and generally poor performance. Wasn't even overly busy and took over 30 minutes to get our drinks that had been sat at the end of the bar since we ordered it, they hadn't even acknowledged our food order from the app, when we complained, he kicked off and said he will send it to the kitchen now, still took over an hour for food, was cold and had items missing and came out in phases rather than together. Will never visit again.

This restaurant doesn’t reply to customer service well. We were on call and I could here him talking about the thing I wanted but he said he didn’t have even tho I heard him say they have it. Also never go here the food Is disgusting I once found a object in my food like a tooth

I enquired about low alcohol/alcohol free gin but there was nothing available. 10/10 to the barman who gave me a lemonade in a gin glass so i would fit in with the other hens 😂.Shame about the low/no alcohol options though!

For the last 3 times I’ve tried to have food here I’ve been told they don’t have something I have ordered, and to top it off the tables are always dirty and you have to go and find someone to clean them before you sit down, my advice is find somewhere else to have food in the city centre. The only reason I put even one star was so I could post this.

Nice, Friendly Staff & plenty of covid guidance in place. Supported me to use App as was having difficulty - upon entry I was greeted by a group of Males smoking by main entrance & a Bin Lorry that stank , I don't smoke but could smell it when I sat down & had my drink - I found it unfair that Non Disabled people were using disabled toilets "because they regulars" yet I had to use toilets that felt like an age away - not the best wetberspoons I've been to but 4* is what I give as staff did try help me
