Best battered fish for a very long time. My grandson (18) had Calzone meat feast pizza with a side dish of onion rings, which filled him - quite an achievement!

Food was fast and tasty, Nicola our sever was amazing. Very helpful, fast service, could see her cleaning the tables thoroughly after people left. Very happy to help and great with our kids. Will deff be back.

We had the carvery, the vegetables were overcooked, the cauliflower cheese had definitely been tainted by vanilla and the beef was so fatty it was inedible. Two plus points, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the roast potatoes were very tasty. Sorry but I won't be back nor will I visit another carvery again. Very disappointing 😞

With the Hollybush, like all Stonehouse venues can be hit or miss.- depending on the chef or duty manager. My last visit though was disappointing. Naturally costs have gone up, so breakfast is more expensive. The hot dish containing the bacon was so full it was overflowing but was there a nice piece of bacon there? In a simple answer, no. Every piece was dried up, hard to cut and inedible. Two trays of eggs, long past their best, not a fresh soft one to be seen. The pizza (yes, served with breakfast) looked like it was on a cream cracker, not a dough base - but the rest in fairness OK. It was quiet too, maybe that's why so much had been cooked and not eaten - or could it possibly be that the quality has dropped or become unreliable customers are not going there for breakfast?

We have a meal delivered every week, can definitely recommend the cod and chips, and of course the Carvery are fantastic value. We had breakfast delivered today for a change, absolutely brilliant. The staff always got the orders spot on and have great communication

Yesterday a group of about 30 of us had booked lunch at a nearby pub and were badly let down. The Hollybush was contacted and asked if they could take us. They were happy to do so and warmly welcomed us. Excellent meal, very reasonable and clean and comfortable. Superb customer service from start to finish. Thank you so much Hollybush. 11.10

Just enjoyed another yummy Hollybush meal! The Meat Feast pizza and chips was very tasty and enough to serve two. Cheery and friendly service as always. Recommended

Ordered food via Ubereats as I've done previously with no problem. However, on this occasion my food arrived swimming in grease and quite frankly was inedible. I sent a very polite email trying to make the restaurant aware of this, didn't ask for a refund or any discount etc... the response I got was nothing short of uninterested and rude. The food went straight in the bin. Had a suitable apology been made I wouldn't have left this review. Waste of money and so rude, I won't give names but I'm sure you know who you are. Lesson learned for me.

10.30am Nice breakfast, plenty of space. Well impressed with the service, very clean with full safety measures in place. Self service with the waitress calling us up to the servery when it was our turn. Table service for coffee and anything else needed, definitely worth a visit while we still can.
