The Old Arcade in Cardiff

We had the best time pre concert. So friendly. Brilliant atmosphere. Great music. Cannot praise it enough. Thsnk you 🍺

A real rustic pub serving good food perfect for a few pints before going to the stadium or a break from shopping

One of my favourite pubs in Cardiff, great friendly staff and a really good pint of Brains SA. Steeped in Welsh Rugby history and memorabilia. The Old Arcade is a must to visit and have a nice tipple!

The one and only Old Arcade.. a legendary place, not only for International day,but something to be treasured.. pop in and meet the people and I can recommend the Rev James... Me and my American friend drank way too much and met some wonderful people

Great pub never fail to visit it when in Cardiff. It was a Cheltenham day which is not my best of likes but each to ones own. Atmosphere the best

I love the Old Arcade especially match day. However im at a loss to understand why tables were out for the Wales v England game.Granted it was an away game but its the biggest game in the rugby calender so its like a normal match day in Wales. The place was heaving you could barely move, people were not moving away from the bar after buying drinks and you had to go around the outside to get to the toilets. We had to leave in the end instead of having our nigbt there. Bad decision by The Old Arcade to have tables out.

I liked it, January Sunday visit. Warm and clean, with a warm welcoming friendly, efficient service. Reasonable prices on beer and meals. A lovely place to visit if you're in Cardiff.

It always amazes me that a large city centre pub has the feeling of a local pub in the suburbs yet this place pulls it off every time. I've also noticed the food is different, better!, than what Brains used to turn out. now it is genuine 'good pub grub' so you know what to expect. Last visit I had the Ham, egg and chips, proper! Keep up the good work

A classic pub with classic style of beers, nothing special but good place

Atmosphere and servers were nice, but the roast really wasn't great. The best part was the roast potatoes, but the beef was SO chewy and the swede mash stuff was flavourless. Horseradish sauce was good though. Overall it was OK, but I'm not going back for a roast there any time soon.
