they wanted 20pounds for entry because I was alone, even though I visited the country alone and everyone else was paying 5pounds unbelievable, that's just a rip off really at least they played a few good songs inside. one guy in particular was very very rude

If I could i would rate 0 stars. Awful night out. Had to drown my sorrows with expensive, poorly poured pints. Wouldn’t even come back If I felt suicidal

Terrible pub. Completely down hill. Match day and nearly every draught is off - probably a reason behind that considering it’s completely empty. Should have stayed closed down. Do not attend. Bouncers doesn’t understand current covid rules either.

What a dissapointment!!! Was looking foward to spending my hen night her after booking a table and checking about food.Only to be told on arrival that there was no food!!! But they did offer 3 platters of snacks! On the 3 trays we had tomatoes, carrot sticks,cuncumber, celery, handfull of potatoe wedges, chicken nuggets and little pizza!!! We went to pay and was told no charge, but after checking bank today they had taken 135 out!!!! Disgusting!! The staff were rude and not helpfull at all!!!

Appalling place. Terrible service. Ordered food for 13of us. We had three trays of cucumber, tomatoes and celery!!!! Went to pay to be told there was no charge.... £135 taken out of my bank today!!!! Disgusting. I wouldn't advise anybody go there .

Booked a table for 12 for after the rugby, no issues on entry at about 9pm, table area decent, not too busy. Had a bar tab from the booking, again no issues with that, you could only buy cans!! Cans of cider that were small and cans of cheap Pilsner. Music was decent, everyone in good spirits from the rugby but total profiteering at the bar.

Hardly any queue Saturday 18th September about 11.45pm. Bouncers polite paid the lady £20 for me and a mate and I waited after a long looking at each other I said what a tenner each what a rip off. Music was alright my mates first double Jack Daniels and coke he said was disgusting. Personally I wouldn't come here again plenty of other bars open to early hours better service and not rip off prices

We received absolutely awful service at Tiger Tiger and would never go back. We’d booked a table and paid a deposit of £20pp but were made to wait outside in the rain for 15 minutes for a manager, who then said she would be unable to honour our booking as it was now 15 minutes after our booking time! We disagreed and explained that we had been waiting for her, and she begrudgingly took us to a table. She took our drink orders, which we then had to wait a further 20 minutes for (they were all simple spirit & mixer drinks). The female manager continued to talk down to and belittle us, despite the fact that she was in the wrong. We left as soon as we had finished our drinks, the atmosphere wasn’t great but we probably would’ve actually enjoyed it if it weren’t for the awful service. I’d avoid, every other bar and club we visited in Cardiff was miles better than Tiger Tiger.

Not a place to go if you are non white. A Group of Black Guys booked a table as part of a Stag do and we were refused entry. The female staff member was accommodating and would of let us in, but the bouncers were intimidated by our presence. Another guy with long dark hair came over and advised he would call the Police if we did not leave and did not explain why. This club does not embrace its diverse clientele. Avoid.
