Shocking customer service, only one person manning the drive through, took almost 10 mins from placing order to payment window with queue going down so slow and then refused to serve as it had gone past 11.Cherry on top was the antagonistic staff member berating me as it was somehow my fault, unbelievable level of service for a McDonald's, normally the staff are well trained and polite.

I never expect much from Mcdonald’s, however this location is below the bar. No one answered at the drive through, I had to drive and park, then entered the store and asked the workers inside if they could put someone on the drive through, a man proceeded to finish his cigarette and then ‘hop on the station.’ Ordered on the app and still had to wait for my cold food in the bay.

Ordered delivery at 4:30. God knows what they were doing because driver only picked up order at 5:25 and it was delivered at 5:40. Useless mcdonalds. Use drive thru and risk having parts of your order missing. Use the app and good luck. Ordered breakfast 2 weeks ago and pulled up at the click and serve area. 20 mins later still no breakfast so walked in to see 5 staff members standing out the back laughing away and chatting while the little machine out the front was spewing out online orders that weren't being prepared (mine included) Staff memeber said "Oh sorry we didnt hear the orders come through" Obviously no one thought to check because the conversation out the back they were having was far too important. Absolute joke of a place filled with lazy, bone idle staff with a terrible work ethic.

Had an uber eats delivery, absolutely shocking. Ordered a coke and it never came, ordered 9 chicken nuggets and only got 6. Bloody shocking and this isn't the first time my order has been either wrong, or things missing. Incompetent as far as I'm ware. Sort it out.

You know what to expect, but for some reason you come in here and order something, then after you finshed you wish you didn't come in the first the place! But you keep coming in for some reason! Its Mcdonalds as you know, so don't expect the Ritz in terms of of quality food or service. But there was a really friendly nice male staff member that served me the other day, a credit to Mcdonalds, he was really frindly. But the food and service from other staff is the same old usual Mcdonalds standard - mediocre

First time I used drive thru! Staff on the mic were really pleasant and helpful. Their cappuccino is lush😋

Food was cold but that may be the fault of Uber eats. I called to make sure there were sauces, but as you can guess by the score, there were no sauces. Called to ask what happened and was responded with a 'dunno mate'. I don't expect much from fast food maccies but I expect it hot-to-warm and with the sauces I asked for.

Ready good place, fresh looking, friendly staff and food was hot and no issues unlike most mc Donald's we go to. All the phone chargers work as so do the kids tablets. A really good experience eating in for once. Thank you!

Took the kids here recently for some food. Not a huge amount I can say given how standardised McDonalds are.I ate in and it was easy ordering via the touch screen system. No printer in the machine to print my receipt - something that seems to be happening more frequently in McDonalds (I've experienced this myself a few times recently).Food was a 4-5min wait for collection and it was all pretty good aside from the chips that were almost cold

Absolutely fantastic customer service, the staff were lovely and friendly. This Macdonalds is open 24hrs which is good. Drove up made our order. We did have a little issue with our food but they were happy to sort it out, quickly and they were very nice. The food was hot. Prices were fine. The doors were open so I'm guessing you could of eaten inside. Covid safe. 🌻 We all drove away happy and full.
