Walked in today to have a look and was made to feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome by a worker in a grey suit with glasses. I was wearing a branded work shirt, smart jeans and clean trainers. It's not like I was dressed scruffy but the look he gave me...

Although it was very busy during our visit, we were seen to very prompt and the staff seemed very friendly. The panettone we purchased was a fair price also.

The atmosphere of the store is simply magic. The staff is helpful and kind. Italian products, such as mortadella and speck, have very competitive prices if compared with the ones in supermarkets. Some goods are expensive but the quality is superb. Highly recommended.

Not been here before but what a find. So much choice and lots of ideas for Christmas presents. Lovely chocolates, Italian items, foods sets for example jams, chutneys and pates. Plus good choice of drinks. Loved this shop and would visit again.

A must visit emporium of hard to find treats, cheeses and meats. All items are reasonably priced for the quantities offered. Staff very friendly & helpful. Store was covid compliant and we were very comfortable whilst shopping. A must visit when in Cardiff city center.

Brilliant. I went in for brunch enroute to Cardiff Bay.The deli is quality with amazing selection.Staff in the eating area were helpful polite & friendly as were the customers when I asked for directions.Food was wicked, fresh & well presented.Highly recommended.
